If I could give this man 0 stars I would. Money grubbing. Charges for filling out paper work consistently $150$250 each time. Doesnt care about his patients. Cant even keep information straight in his records. More concerned with selling his in house products and pushing medical marijuana cards $500 every 6mo than actually helping his patients. Worst doctor Ive ever experienced. Two of his office staff are just straight up rude. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Cannot believe MD office works with text. My 96yo mother has only land line and never a call back despite R hip fracture. Claimed she never contacted office. Yes this occurred end of COVID but ...really.

I consider myself blessed to have Dr. Ralph and Dr. Alejandro as my Doctors. I have not received such good medical care in 20 years since Leaving my primary in California. They make me feel like I matter. The entire staff is wonderful but it should not surprise you. When Doctors treat patients like they matter they only employ likeminded employees. Both doctors have called me on their cell phones after hours when I was so sick last year. Thank you sooooooooooooooo much. Jackie
