After switching from a previous doctor to Dr. Dawson the quality of care and information improved greatly. Thankfully the doctor I didn't like is no longer with the company. Dr. Dawson explains everything very clearly and I don't feel rushed. The nursing staff is also very professional and good to work with. If I could fix one thing to make it 5 stars it would be the telephone service. If I need something I just drive there since calls aren't always returned.

Great staff at UCF Health! Very friendly! I didn't even feel the tetanus shot. Thanks y'all!

Dr. Dawson is amazing! He cares so much about his patients. I recently moved my dad here and needed to establish a primary doctor right away for Dad's urgent needs. I was so pleased with the care Dad received. Dr. Dawson did not rush through Dad's appointment and took care of every detail presented. Dr. Dawson could have chosen not to care for Dad, but I am so pleased he took the time to do so. Dad took a lot of Dr. Dawson's time and Dr. Dawson was so gracious, even when the appointment ran over the allotted time and Dr. Dawson was late for his very important meeting. Thank you, Dr. Dawson for your compassion for others. You truly are a blessing and very much appreciated!

I was able to get in to the doctors office by them calling me back at 8 AM this morning and I was there by 9:40 this morning. Hadn’t felt good all weekend something going on in my ears and I can’t tell you how Dr. Summers and her nurse Melissa did such a great job but I was having problems with my left ear and I was cleaning it out but then, I was feeling swimmy or whatever kind of noises in my right ear and it needed cleaned out and Melissa took the time to really clean it out good so the doctor can see in there and gave me anabiotic eardrops because my ear canal is swollen. She said let it rest today and start putting them in tomorrow! They are both so good and funny together they work really well! I want to thank both of them so whoever sees this message just please make sure that they know that I appreciate everything that they do for me and everyone else. This is not the first time that they both have help me! Thank you, Angie Black

Came to see a specialist and instead got med students. (They billed my insurance for a specialist.) Was completely invalidated during the whole visit and got the "you're just not doing what you're supposed to" talk. Plus they refused to look at more than 2 weeks worth of data. If the Dr had bothered to listen, they'd have found an undiagnosed disease was causing my problems. Maybe try listening to your patients?

Mrs. Jeri and Mrs. Melissa have to be some of the best workers I have ever encountered when getting a check up. Fast, funny, and effective!

They still force people with lung problems to wEaR a mAsK in 2023. Its not 2020 anymore, you're not a superhero, you monsters. These people should have their medical licenses pulled.

Love this office! First time coming here and I have no complains! They took care of all my needs! Dr. Summers was amazing she heard all my concern and needs. I highly recommend.

I had a followup with Dr Gros after a nuclear stress test. He is very good in explaining the results and any information I need to know. Daisy and Chris were the assistants, and they were very friendly and helpful.
