The visits were only with her colleague. Her and her practice will keep your bank card on file so they can charge it anytime they please, as they did when I never even made an appointment. She will submit the same claims to your insurance multiple times. Avoid her & Accelerated Psychiatric Solutions, LLC out of Orlando at all costs. 0 stars for taking advantage of someone during their most vulnerable state in which you claim to care for mental health and do the complete opposite.

The staff is super friendly and professional. It is easy to schedule appointments and to get in touch with my provider, whenever I have follow-up questions. Another big plus is being able to attend appointments from the convenience of home.

Colleen is the best provider I’ve ever had, and I have seen many doctors. I highly recommend her care to any mental health patient.
