Felt like family every time came in. Melissa and Nelly being the first faces you see when you come in, you immediately feel welcomed. Thank you to Simone and Sam for the insight conversations and workouts. And thank you to Dr. Sweeney as well. Truly will miss ACE medical.

I had an amazing experience at Ace Medical. I’ve been going for a few months now and everyone is so accommodating and became like a second family to me. Mel works reception and she’s always been so welcoming and helped manage the many reschedulings I had to do. Sam and Simone were always there to help me through the exercises and were always concerned of my well being. Adnely down at their MRI office was great and helped me through that process as well, making sure I was comfortable and held a conversation with me to help calm my nerves. The entire team works together well and it shows in their patient care!

Excelente servicio. Agradecido con Melissa y con todo el personal por la atención que se brinda y la calidad del trabajo que prestan . En especial en la oficina de MRI donde la atención por parte de la compañerita Adnely fue maravillosa. Agradecido infinita mente por la ayuda y los servicios prestados en este centro de Winter Park MRI también. Personas como ella con ese carisma y manera de atender al personal es lo que se necesita para brindarle al cliente una calidad de atención excepcional.

This review is for Winter park location, I had a horrible experience when I went to get my MRI done. I walked in and all I heard was someone's phone on full blast watching an inappropriate video with what I heard Spanish cursing coming from the back room loudly into the front office space. The office alone is small so you could hear it very loud and clear. The front desk lady Adnely was rude just sitting there on her phone not acknowledging me until I walked up to the corner where I saw her on her phone. She told me to sign and and begun talking to someone one on her phone with her headphones in. After I was checked in I was greeted by Robert the tech who was okay but had his phone out with the video that I heard when I walked in. To know that someone was going to do my MRI and was on his phone just brought up my Anxiety up. After I completed my MRI I got a call from Adnely saying that they were suppose to take a MRI of my back as well if they could have me come back now - at this point I was already 20 mins away from the facility. I am in the medical field myself and to know that someone forgot an order only goes to tell me that they were clearly not focus on the job nor reading the order's from the prescribed physician to know what needed to be done. Please come in and get this location in order because no one should have to go out their way again to go to another MRI appointment all because their two employees were to busy on the phone vs actually working. I would never go to this location EVER again and don't waste your time either please.

Ace medical colonial is the best the staff is amazing I love coming for therapy I appreciate every single one of you guys for helping me recover in this tough journey not only helping me mentally but physically also thank you guys!!

Previously had an excellent experience at the Colonial office, so I purchased 3 gift certificates for 30 units of botox each. Made an appointment a week in advance. Arrived a few minutes easily for my appointment. Was told I had to complete paperwork I had done before. They scanned my ID afterward, despite having also done that before. Kept me waiting 20 minutes past my appointment to then come out and tell me they didn't have any botox, but I could come back in the afternoon. Completely unacceptable business practice. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if this clinic can't be bothered to stock what is needed to help a client at their appointment time? I will be seeking a refund, as I hope to never return to this office since they're clearly very disorganized.
