Dr. Horta provide attentive and compassionate service. Taking time to listen patients concern in a cordial atmosphere making patients feel like a family member not just a number. She is acknowledgeable to referred to sub-specialist doctors depending the case. She review medical charts of preview visit to know if patient treatment health has been improve . Dr. Horta's communicate test results in an easy simple vocabulary and straight to the point . She is bi-lingual speaker English and Spanish that is plus.

Office staff does not follow up, they often forget and never answers the phone when you try to get a hold of the doctor. When you do get someone to talk to, they always say we will get back with you, but they never do. You may get a referral, but be prepared to do all the searching, they don't do that.

Absolutely love Dr Horta. Waiting times are horrendous, but she is worth the wait. After many years of what we thought were fabulous Doctors, Dr. Horta has been better than all of them! We love her. She is meticulous and extremely knowledgeable and has helped us a lot with my Thyroid issues.
