Made an appointment for my husband who arrived 30 mins before for paperwork as requested, then he waited another hour and a half before his procedure. Front desk staff is quick to get your copay but otherwise everyone here moves in slow motion and they don’t seem to care about your time. Will avoid in the future.

Very pleased with my two visits to Advanced Diagnostic. Respectful office staff greeted me and explained my intake process. The people at the front desk focused on my intake, rather than unrelated conversation with their coworker. Thank you for the respect.The x-ray technician was professional, yet very personable. Paul Johnson, the MRI tech, kept me informed during the long process I had to endure for my scans, made adjustments to provide support and comfort for my legs and feet, and didn't make me feel I was an inconvenience when I needed to reposition my legs. I received the CD of my scan before I left the office. This gentleman, as well as the MRI tech for my first visit, and local staff are why this location of Advanced Diagnostic Group will continue to be successful.

I was referred to them and I have to say that Asha White is on the ball! I called and she already knew my last name and what the issue was and wow! that girl was on the ball. She explained to me exactly what I will need to do next and they will text me all the info. It was easy peasy! This place is obviously a well oiled machine. Asha! You need a raise, girl!

I came here to get my necessary dose of radiation, I really don't know what scientist are waiting to figure that one out, but there I was, getting some X rays. Excuse the rant. What I really meant to say is that the staff at ADG is very professional and helpful. I called them to see if they accepted my insurance (blessed) and they didn't have an answer right away but called me later to tell me that they did. I was able to schedule for the same day also. Things were working wonderful with ADG. When I arrived, I checked in promptly and was taken to the radiation room in no time. It was like the radiation was waiting for me. I was happy to see Spanish/English signs, it makes me happy to see that we are a diverse country, plus I love Latino Food, because, "Hi, my name is Julio! And I will eat your food! Haha! I'm hilarious!". Anyway, there is parking also. Oh! One more thing: what's up with the bunker inside the radiation room where the tech hides as you are getting blasted with radiation. Why is the guy hiding? Man, show some solidarity. I don't feel comfortable getting X rays, and the tech hiding behind an aluminum wall is not making it easier for me. That's why we need AI and bots.

Timely, courteous, efficient. I've been here twice and never had to wait and the staff was professional.

We had an appointment here for 11:am and we waited for over an hour and definitely will not use them again!

Nice staffs. The only problem is that we had an appointment but still had to wait forever.

Had one patient wait over 1 hour. The had me set a appointment and come wait 45 mins to tell me the didnt have the proper equipment to do my MRI. Technician had a nasy attitude.

The x-ray tech was nice and the facility is clean.Unfortunately, I was charged a $40 copay I knew I shouldn’t have paid. I asked the receptionist what the fee was for and she said it was a specialist copay. Having an x-ray done is not visiting a specialist. I thought MAYBE she was right so I paid. It’s now been about two and a half months since my insurance paid the bill in full and I still haven’t received my reimbursement after calling twice. I was told it “can take a while.”This is in a convenient location but I’ll never go back. They have no concern at all for their patients’ money.
