From the minute I walked into this place, I knew I was in good hands. The receptionists were extremely friendly, and when I asked questions, they were more than helpful. Because I had scheduled an appointment online, I didn’t have to wait long. The MA, Ashley, was beyond incredible. Very personable and friendly! Going to the doctors and not knowing what’s going on can be a little nerve wracking, but when you’re around people that are kind, gracious and genuine, it takes some of those nerves away. Dr. Ritucci was very kind and also answered my many questions. I highly recommend this Centra Care to anyone. Special thanks to Maria, Dahlia, Ashley, and Dr. Ritucci!

Honestly even if they told me to leave a honest good review I can not at all, being that, that is what they asked every patient before walking out from the back , but not telling you to have a good night or good day. Umm came in for a stubbed toe did not get treated properly the girl at the front desk was very kind . Now I did come in an hour before closing they did not have many people before me …I went to the back the MA was rushing doing my X-ray of my foot and when she was done she told me “ make sure that you try to come an hour before we close, we close @8” I immediately thought “did she really just say that’” she rushed me in the room to be waited on by the doc . The doc he really didn’t give much info on anything at all looked at me like I spoke a whole nother language… touched my foot for a minute and said “oh it’s pretty much nothing we can do just take a ibuprofen” .. lol I work for Advent health and if these are the type of people they are hiring ….. yeah enough said
