Dr. Dao and his team were amazing. We walked in with an eye injury and they were quick to take my son back to ensure he didn’t need to go to the ER instead. Everyone was very caring and kind towards my son and his injury.

Staff and Doctors are all very nice. Very fast service and they don’t have you sitting for hours before seeing you.

They said my appointment wasn't really an appointment and I would have to wait for hours until after they closed to be seen. I can't breathe and really needed to see a doctor. I can't help but feel they just wanted to turn away people so they can leave early. I spent half an hour doing all the online forms and questionnaires "to save time" only to have to leave. Don't offer appointments if you don't honor them.

Made an appointment on line and was called in on time. Everyone was pleasant. Dr. Carlos was patient, listened to my symptoms and took his time explaining what was happening and how to treat my diagnosis. I was very pleased with my experience.
