The office staff, particularly the young lady I interacted with has a beautiful and gentle disposition, always smiling and professionally friendly...my practitioner is so knowledgeable, personable, and professional-I adore her. I also trust her bc she doesn't push onto me any service I'm not looking for or don't need at that time. There is sincerity in our interactions, which has built trust for me. I pay attention to everything and appreciate the staff tremendously. I apologize if I forgot anyone.

Incredible customer service from every single employee. So accommodating and prompt with any requests from rescheduling, payment, and the actual services themselves. I've been going here for two years and they are by far THE BEST. Highly recommend!!

From start to finish it was a great experience. Denise did a great job with the numbing and the support and Kyla was amazing. She answered every question I had, explained anything and everything to me and she made me feel extremely comfortable. She also did an amazing job. My lips look incredible!
