I had bad experience with make appointment.. she is rude and no knowledge. I'm not recommended to referred to my friend and family..

They trick you by saying that they offer denture repairs but when you go in they don't fix them but do offer new denture in place of your old ones

I went here to get my top plate fixed since I do not live in CO where I originally bought them. I spoke with Dr Wright who assurred me they could fix them. I have a front tooth pop out when I bit into an apple. She said they would call me the next week. No one called so I called at the end of the week. They told me to call back the next week and I did. I was then told by the person who answered that usually they can't fix the teeth and a new one would need to be bought. I told her they were less than 6 months old. I called again the next day for another call back and again no call. I feel like I am getting the run around. Can you fix this or not? I will be calling again today which is Dec 22. I am hoping it might be the holidays causing the problems. Since my denture is THE PERFECT FIT NOW, I am not sure I want this office to make the needed repairs due to their inconsistsncies.

The lady named Chanel is very rude and doesn’t know what she’s talking about , wouldn’t recommend ever .

Do not apply here the manager was very rude to me and sent me home with no legit reason maybe because she did not like my appearance and was very judgemental. I am a licensed dental assistant and she offered me the job because she was low on dental assistants then when I came to work she belittled me and told me to leave and ended the first day of training because she wanted me gone also before I was about to leave I heard her ask one of the dental assistants "did she leave yet" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and rude!! Do not apply here if you are a dental assistant

Upon making contact with the office via phone, I spoke with Erika, who was so and helpful with setting up my appointment and ensuring I had everything I needed in advance of my appointment. Upon my arrival to the facility, Erika gave me a friendly greeting. Making me feel welcome, she put me at ease for my appointment. All the office staff were very nice and guided me through the step by step process with lots of smiles. During the consult for implants Dr. Wright was a real pro, she gave me insight in to exactly how the service would be performed, along with a visual presentation of what I should expect going forward. The Office Manager reviewed with me the multiple options available to restore my smile, as well as methods for payment. As a widowed navy combat veteran, I am dreaming of a second chance for the rest of my life. It is my hope that their wonderful staff can help me take the next step, and make my dreams a reality, with a brand new smile:) Please pass along a special thank you to Erika for me. From the moment I entered I felt like I was in the right place. Had a early morning appointment to get teeth removed. The staff were very nice the atmosphere was warm and very delightful. Arnelle Wright took care of me from start to end, she explained everything that was going on. I would recommend this location to family and friends. Thanks Guys, see y’all soonTracey 😇
