Dr Ramos is unbelievably patient and respectful to not only my daughter, but me as well. He remembered us from 2 years ago and complimented my 8 yo on how much she has grown. Thankfully we do not have to see him anymore, but I will make sure everyone I know with children know to see him if they ever are told they need a pediatric cardiologist! Thank You Dr Ramos!

The Doctor was awesome, but the technician who I believe is from the Philippine I don’t remember her name is one of the rudest and condescending people I ever encountered. Thru the whole time she was running tests on my daughter she kept talking down to us, complaining that we don’t read the diagrams on the wall and how we don’t know anything about the heart and how we should pay less attention to the phones and read more. Then she started quizzing my daughter and I on heart parts, she said how sad it is that such an important organ the heart is and we don’t know anything about it. My daughter was extremely uncomfortable and wanted to leave immidiatelly.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Ramos since she was a newborn (16 years now!) and we love him. He is so kind and takes his time to explain things. He is thorough and incredibly knowledgeable and we would recommend him to anyone.
