List of Ahmed Sadek's Reviews
This is the best Neurologist I have found and one of the best Doctors out there. Dr Sadek He and his staff care about their patients. I will Highly Recommended only Dr Sadek @ Orlando Epilepsy Center . your patient Qumber Bhimji . 5/7/2023 In honor of National Nurses Week, we want to take a moment to thank all Our volunteer healthcare team works tirelessly to care for every patient they see. It’s important to take a moment t to say A Big Thank you. ❤️
He really nice and cares about his patients. Definitely knows what he's talking about.
It is mostly a money-making scheme for the owners. I visited the Orlando office at 2881 Delaney twice. In both occasions I was seen by the same registered nurse. The nurse ordered the MRI and read results, no help for my constant headaches. Never saw the doctor and he probably never read my results. If I am paying MD prices, I expect one to take some time to review my case.
Very Good Dr.
This office so far has been the worst place I’ve been seen for my epilepsy, not only am I a new patient here but I also never saw a doctor only a nurse practitioner who after one visit prescribed me two new medications that interacted with all my anti seizure medication, then I saw scheduled for an eeg and mri, told to come back to the office on that day only to find out that it was never put into the system so I didn’t even have an appointment plus I was never told that I had to go somewhere else for the mri. On top of all that the receptionist is really rude and ignorant to all patients who come in. Therefore I think I will be looking into a better place to help me since this office seems to be clearing very unprofessional.
I don't recommend this office to anyone with epilepsy. The nurse practitioner changed my medication, which caused severe side effects. When I wanted to get an appointment to get new medication, it took months. They told me I could go to the emergency room if I wanted to see someone sooner than that. They said I could not see anyone else in the office other than my assigned PA. Recently, I had a seizure and need an appointment, the soonest appointment is six months. The said if I change providers I can see someone next month. So sometimes the policy is that you can't change providers. Other times the policy is that you can. The policies of this office are enough to drive anyone crazy. If you make the poor decision of making an appointment with this office, plan to wait in the waiting room for quite some time. The doctor even left a 5-star review for his own practice. I am looking for a new neurologist.
Excellent doctor the best Great staff
You will be billed for "seeing Dr. Sadek". However, you will never. EVER. SEE this man. EVER. I think he exists, but I can't be sure. The practice made over $40k from me with their EEG sleep monitoring facility, but he never even stopped into myroom to consult or discuss his thoughts. He wouldn't even know my name. I've had 24-hour telemetry in hospital many times before; this study told me nothing different about my condition. I'm not a high-maintenance/needing coddling type of patient. This doctor just feels like a money-mill physician. He's happy to bill us and have his PA do ALL of the legwork. I would just like 5 MINUTES of his time, especially since my epilepsy is not easily treated. Sorry, but I just come away from this place feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. In fairness, his PA is very good, and the EEG sleep facilities are quite nice. He's probably a good doctor to other people. My experience? Sorry, I can't say because he's like a ghost.
Earlier I put one star and now I putting 5 stars because the manager herself Tara called me and made me feel 100 times better and I believe deep down inside the call was Genuine and wasn’t meant for me to change my rating at all she meant every word she said and I am one who like to give second chances when I feel the reason is right! Thank you Tara
Bait and switch! Agreed to the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit to see a Physician Certified in Epilepsy-that’s what’s advertised. However, what you get is techs, nurses, and advance practice nurses on this unit. Not Dr. Sadek who is Board Certified iNeurology, Clinical Neurophysiology and Epilepsy (EPILEPTOLOGIST) you believe will be seeing you here at least once during the stay. Not going to happen. I’m told he reviews the case with the NP when you are leaving, (never seeing or speaking to you) and the results are delivered to you at your 2 weeks after-visit, with another provider. No patient involvement, no continuity, lower your standards and accept what you get. Prepare to be disappointed. Better off to see a neurologist that’s not certified in epilepsy.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
