Waooooo they made it enormously Big and closed some streets. Is beautiful . Hard to find the public Parking and niw is more money to park outside or other parkings. Nit good that part. Cause is the Hospital. We all Patients and mostly Minorities.

Some good, some bad. Employees are good, they're just too busy. Nurses give it their all. Some docs are better than others. They just don't have the time to provide thorough care to all the patients that come through. Orlando doesn't have enough medical facilities or medical employees for it's size, and that's not the hospital's fault. But care suffers because of the differential.

This hospital, with God's guidance, saved my daughter life. I will forever be grateful!

Emergency room can be a hassle and packed sometimes but staff is usually friendly and accommodating. Rest of the hospital is clean and seems well organized. Nice cafeteria that offers all different choices of food but Coke products only. If you want a Pepsi or Dr.Pepper go to the gift shop.

If u like to agonize and wait 8+ hours come here, what a joke. Some personnel is lazy and we understand they can get overloaded w patients but how much longer can they think people must wait. Wow. Im baffled.
