Thank you Dr. Padron for giving me my life back. After 8 months with a hiatal hernia . I do not have SOB and acid reflux anymore and I am now sleeping through the night . I am off all meds for acid reflux. He is a excellent Surgeon. Staff is great as well.

Great Doctor, but beware regarding billing. Keep your receipts, make copies, have the insurance send you a copy of what was covered, do everything you can regarding your bill. Service was done on February and a new bill just magically appeared out of nowhere. Of course we never thought this would happen, so we don’t have any receipts of what was paid at that time. And the health insurance says they paid for everything, Dr’s office says they didn’t. I don’t get it.

Doy una estrella solo para poder escribir. El servicio de la chica de front desk es pésimo. No le importa en lo absoluto la salud del paciente. Que pena que no pude verme con el doctor porque según la chica del front desk yo le debía al seguro, llame al seguro y me dijeron que no debo hasta me dieron un número de confirmación, ella seguía insistiendo que no me iban atender le pase la llamada del seguro a ella y en conclusión ella fue súper grosera y al final no me atendieron. Espero no tener que volver allí. I give a star just so I can write. The service of the front desk girl is terrible. He doesn't care at all about the patient's health. Too bad I couldn't see the doctor because according to the girl from the front desk I owed her insurance, called the insurance, and they told me I shouldn't even get a confirmation number, she kept insisting that I wouldn't be taken care of her insurance call, and in conclusion she was super rude and in the end they didn't answer me. I hope I don't have to go back there.

My heart is broken by having to write this review. Dr. Alberto Padron has performed at least 5 surgeries on me due to breast cancer 2007 - 2022. I loved/love him. However, he is not the man I thought him to be. I was told that dehiscence is not uncommon by his assistant without her even looking me in the eyes ever. No Empathy at all : ( So, for 2 months I still have to do wound care on myself twice daily with yellow/green/pink discharges from the surgery site every day. I heard him tell his assistant 1 month ago to order a wound vac? After seeing my primary care physician a month later he told me I Had to call my surgeon...24 hours later I was told that the wound vac was cash only so not ordered??? The assistant never called to even give me an option. Please Pray for his assistant that she will never have to be as strong as I have been. Every other person in the office was above and beyond kind. I am a BCWarrior & Conquer.

I don't know if Dr. Padron is a good doctor or not because I had only one appointment with him, what I can say is that his staff is not efficient or professional. They scheduled my surgery and the same day when I arrived at the place they told me that they had canceled it, giving as a reason that the images had not been delivered a week before which supposedly they had required me, which was a lie because I had the voice message from his secretary saved on my phone where she called me 3 days before the surgery so that I could deliver it that day or the next day to the indicated place. They did not even know that it had been delivered and the second excuse was I had not been tested for Covid, which in the documents provided by themselves says that it is not necessary because I was vaccinated. They could have called me as a courtesy to let me know that they had canceled it since I work and had to waste my vacation days because of their negligence. What I can say is that I do not recommend them because I feel like they was playing with my health and time as a patient.

Dr. Padron and his all team was amazing. Very professional and smooth. Everyone very kind. I have an umbilical hernia removed and the all procedural was quick and easy.

I’ll recommend Dr. Padron to anyone! He made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my entire procedure. Also the staff is very friendly!
