List of Alix G. Casler's Reviews
Amazing! She has so much care for these little kids. She’s so patient and kind and takes SO much time with you. We have seen the other Dr as well and she was equally fabulous.
I am very disappointed with Dr. Casler and her staff. Although I do believe she is a good pediatrician, she and her staff did not treat my daughters with concern. We have been patients of hers for almost 15 years so needless ro say I am upset and surprised with the level of disrespect shown. I understand rules, but when staff outright is not truthful is very hurtful.. oh well, it is what it is...
I love Dr. Casler and her whole staff. She has been seeing my children since they were born. She is the best and highly recommend her.
Best pediatrician on the planet ! We started seeing her while my child was still I utero. Everthing about her visit is wonderful. Wait time can sometime get a bit lengthy, but it is only because of the time she spends with each patient, never rushes. Wish all doctors were just like her.
I have always loved her as a dr. She's kind, easily gets children to open up, and you can just tell she cares. I liked my oldest daughters dr. but switched her as well a few years ago. Today, my daughter went to see Dr. Casler for a problem that I never thought we'd have, however Casler spent a countless amount of time with her. It warms my heart that she cares that much. I think I'm going to cry when she no longer practices. She doesn't rush through issues and really, genuinely cares.
Very knowledgeable, sees you quickly, explains in terms you understand, takes time with you and helps jog your memory for questions and concerns.
All 3 of my children see Dr. Casler and her amazing NP Laura. The kids and I are always so comfortable with both practitioners and the whole staff! They always take my concerns seriously and we've never had difficulty getting an appointment when we needed one. Fantastic!
I had an appointment schedule with my son for his annual physical at Dr Alix Casler, M.D., F.A.A.P. of Physician's Associate o. . .After cheking in the receptionist told me they couldnt see us . I said why not, she said Dr Casler was to busy to see us. I said how come. The supervisor came out and explained too me that Dr Casler was too busy, and the physical takes too long to do, and if my child was sick they would try to get him in. I reply that I am not asking you to make a special spot for him, but just that the appointment that was made be honor. In addition, I pointed out to the fact this appointment was made two months ago, he was taking out of school, not to mention rearranging my schedule. Her final reply was that's how it work in Doctor's office. Finally, I asked if I am able to speak with Dr Casler, and she said that the Doctor said she would not. So, Dr Casler could not come out long enough to say "Hey I am sorry they overbooked me, but I will not be able to see you.
Dr. Casler is a rare jewel in the medical community. My only complaint is that I wish I could see her as my own doctor. But I honestly have yet to meet a more caring pediatrician in my life. I recommend her to everyone I know. She has gone WAY above and beyond her call of duty for my kids, and I totally trust her in the healthcare of my children.
I just saw Dr. Casler on Fox35 this morning (2/14/14) and I couldn't believe she was still around. When my (now 23 years) son was a child, she was his pediatrician and she was THE BEST! I didn't realize until I just looked at her bio, that she's been practicing for 23 years - so she was just starting out when we saw her! She was very attentive and compassionate and soooo very patient! Once my son reached the age where he should have been going to an "adult" Dr., she continued to treat him until he was almost 18. I simply can't find the words to say enough good things about her. She's awesome and I'm so very happy to see she's still around!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
