Unfortunately, this company seems to have a hard time keeping employees. I’m not sure what’s going on, but every time I come in, I see completely new faces. The only person I consistently see at the front desk is the young woman with glasses, and honestly, she’s the first person who should be let go because she is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

The Alma Behavioral team, María, Criss, Gaby, Diana, Sara are angels the work nicely to assist any patient arriving looking for guidance. Gricell Fontaine is the best, she gave me back my peace and helped me to gained control of my life. I recommend them 200%

Dr. Gricelle works miracles. She knows what she’s talking about, just do what she says!!! Trust the process and you’ll reap the benefits. I don’t think I’ve even been seeing her for a year and I feel like I’ve moved mountains. If you are willing to make the change then you will change! Muchas Gracias Doctora!

Estoy tan agradecida con la Dra Grisell, una profesional amable, empática y con enorme compasión. Además del tratamiento médico recibí la terapia TMS y afortunadamente me recuperé. El equipo de trabajo desde que pasas por la recepción hasta que recibes la atención médica es sumamente profesional, atento y amable. Altamente recomendable!

I had the most humiliating experience of my entire life with Alma Behavioral. I would give this review negative stars if it was possible. I have been struggling with my mental health for years. I thought I finally found a provider that was compassionate but I was wrong. Without going into detail, I am not able to take many psych meds due to other medical conditions. The ones I have been able to try in the past did not work. I explained that to Dr. Mendez, and also let him know I am not able to pursue TMS which was pushed anyway. My appointment lasted only about 10 minutes. I was basically turned away and told that he could not help me. I cried my entire drive home.
