Brought my mother in law for her appointment. We were greeted by Deanna. The front desk can make or break a practice. She is friendly, compassionate, efficient and professional. She makes you feel welcomed and valuable. Saw she was multi tasking with a smile. Value her!

The worse I have been! Waiting for One hour, she send her students to do her work, and still she doesn't even takes the right decision! Horrible Doctor!

After dealing with chronic pain resulting from osteoarthritis, Dr. Shane performed her surgical magic and now I am pain free and have full use of both feet again. Thank you Dr. Shane for doing what you do so well!

Avoid the Waterford lakes location unless you like to be charged 170$ with no explanation on what you’re being charged for, they tell you “it takes 48 hours for itemized bills”. They won’t inform you of extra charges and don’t even give you the option to refuse service because they don’t inform you of anything. Then when you call to speak to the billing department they just argue with you and tell you they don’t understand. Unfortunately as much as we like the doctors in the office we won’t return because of the shady billing practices.

Nice people at the desk. To many people with the same time appointment so the Dr really spent no time we me. I had to come back after seeing a nurse. Long painful drive for nothing. I call to ask questions and you get a call back at the very end of the day. NOT the Dr. by the way. If I wanted to talk to a nurse I have one in my family. I will find a Dr. that can talk to me I never broke anything before, So I did have questions.

BEST Service and Treatment I received from the office and the Staff.. short waiting time. Fast respond from after hours on call service. Thank Dr. Shane.

I mean why even make an appointment? Came for a check up (the first two times I waited the same thing) took 2 hours to be take in and another 30-40 mins to get checked. If you come here make sure you don’t have any other appointments set up that day.

Dr. Amber Shane has been my doctor for the last 15 years. She is not only professional but extremely knowledgeable in her field. She has always taken the necessary time to speak with me and address my concerns and is quick to find solutions. She’s amazing, I can’t image what my ankle would be like without her treatment. The staff at this location is also amazing... Frances and Josey incredibly helpful always !! Anyone looking for quality treatment, look no further this is where you need to go.

Dr. Shane is really amazing, kind, and she listens. Like the other reviews say, though, the office is so poorly managed that the wait times are bananas. I don't think we've waited less than an hour every time we've gone. We'll probably be changing providers because of this.

Horrible waiting time 5 hours for a follow up visit. Front office unprofessional. Dr. Shane is good but appointments are not accurate at all.
