Simply the BEST doctor I have ever seen. So caring and knowledgeable, Dr Desai is always willing to help. When he does, he won’t stop until he improves your quality of life. Dr Desai will certainly be my PCP for life.

Do not see him not a caring physician at all. Unfortunately my daughter woke up with throbbing ear pain and he decline to see her in person. Offered a virtual visit but that isn’t going to help my daughter to check her ear and determine if she has an infection or not. First excuse was “he doesn’t want to put her at risk since we see COVID patients” then his assistant said well she has COVID symptoms so we can offer a a virtual visit only.

Extremely detail oriented and thorough doctor. He listens to you and your concerns, believed in a step by step as required treatment plan. He spends the time necessary to evaluate any problems and chronic conditions. Our entire family goes to Dr Desai for primary care! We love him :)

Dr Desai is my primary care provider from several years. Things had been pretty smooth in the past until lately it appears his office has some apt crashes due to overwhelmingness either due to mismanagement or too much to handle.

I have been seeing Dr.Desai for about 5 years. I had an appointment at 1pm. I got to the parking lot at 1pm. I had to fill out a form that took a few minutes. I filled it out and got a response at 1:08pm to come upstairs. I got up there at 1:12pm. They told me that he could not see me because I was late. They give a 10 minute grace period but I went over it by 2 mins. I couldn’t believe it, I took time off work. Very disappointed as I have issues for about a month and there is no one here to help in Orlando. Been to urgent care, a cardiologist, teledoc and still no answers

I made an appointment as a new Medicare patient. Got an appointment about a month out. About 3 days before the appointment, I get a call from his office saying the appointment is cancelled because the Dr has met Medicare quota! Totally unprofessional and unethical.

Dr. Desai is very thorough and efficient in explaining medical conditions and plan of care. He took time to answer our questions and he did not rush throughout the visit. We are very happy to have him. He is highly recommended.

Dr. Desai is a patient, caring and kind doctor who stays current in his field and delivers good advice to stay healthy. It’s annoying to read reviews on him that mark him lower based on things that are not related to him as a physician, such as not being able to book appointments earlier, being late to your own appointment and the ratings without comments. One reviewer even marked him low but was actually talking about a different doctor and said so in the rating. Really? If you actually read the comments about Dr. Desai, you will learn he is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Desai is very patient and shows genuine concern. He listens to what you are saying. He doesn't push pharmaceuticals. If you have a plan in mind for treatment he listens and recommends. The ladies at the front desk do their job and that's all I need, the welcome you and check you in.
