They are residents, training doctors. They lost my cds I dropped off that they said they needed in order to make the appointment but by the time appointment came around the resident/staff couldn’t locate them so couldn’t get an honest answer about my condition.

I started seeing her after the other doctor retired. Everytime I see her, she does not do a single neuro exam. Barely talks to me about my symptoms, and does not discuss the plan going forward regarding my illness.

Dr G is an amazing doctor! I moved to Florida in 2018 and had many neurologists that were down right awful! Then, I met Dr G and her staff. She takes her time with me and my family and explains everything. Any questions I have she answers in office or if I think of anything when I am at home, I email her and she is quick (within 2hrs most of the time) to reply. She is by far the BEST neurologist I have ever had! I was Dx in 2009 with RRMS. Dr G takes great care of me!

The Office was efficient and the Dr saw me at the exact time my appointment was scheduled, which I don’t know of that ever happening. I felt all of my concerns were heard and I left with a plan. I’m relieved to find a neurologist that understands MS and related issues. She was professional and understanding.

My husband and I drove 40 minutes to be met with coldness and condescension. Dr. Gutierrez was completely dismissive and nonchalant. She did not take the time to even explain the life altering medications she was seeking to put me on. Completely awful experience.
