The worst experience of my life! The entire office team is run by amateurs, people who don't care about your wellbeing and definitely about your finances. Dr Ferrara wanted me to undergo through bunch of different procedures even though he did the same procedures year prior. Simple money greed? I can not say enough great thinks about Dr. Andrea Ferrara he is a great Doctor and Surgeon. He did my colon resection and most likely saved my life. If you need a great colon doctor he is your man.

This office seems to be running an amateur hour theme. They kept me waiting for 4 hours for a procedure when the dr wasn’t even in the building, yet no one bothered to explain this or talk to me or my husband. For a second procedure the same week, they called to reschedule in an unprofessional manner. If you don’t care about the quality of your treatment, this is definitely an option you could consider.

It is impossible to contact or get a message to Dr. Ferrara. Office personnel do not respond to requests or call back. If they can't charge you they ignore you. I needed a prescription refill and had to call another Dr. for help.

I had issues on our trip to FL for six weeks. I was fortunate enough to find Dr Ferrari and his staff. They were amazing and helped me get back on road to better health. Dr Ferrari is wonderful and knowledgeable. And his staff goes above and beyond to assist you and make you feel reassured.
