Worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office, look elsewhere for another OBGYN!! It takes months to get an appointment and the front office staff are very unorganized and can be extremely rude! They like to over-talk you and speak in a very condescending manner while making you feel like they have better things to do besides addressing your needs or concerns. The office never requested past medical records from my previous doctor even though I told them to because of my medical history. I had a biopsy done on July 23rd, the results were sent to the office on August 4th and as of today, August 26th, they still haven't called me with the results!!! I've been waiting over a MONTH to find out if I have CANCER!!! Luckily, Quest Diagnostic helped me out and I obtained a copy of the results through them, but it's not up to the lab performing the test to give patients their results, it's the doctors job!!! I also contacted my health insurance company because I felt that I was being overcharged by her, and I was right!! She wasn't filling claims under my insurance, but instead was charging me out of pocket and the cost was way higher than what I would've paid if she did go through my insurance. The office also told me that per my insurance company that I had to have 1 appointment to remove my IUD and another appointment the next day to have a new one inserted, and that was a lie that I confirmed with my insurance provider. By the doctors office lying to me, they stood to gain an extra $200 if I would've followed through with their instructions! Please, save yourself some headaches and look for a different doctor! My new doctor and her staff are amazing and I haven't had any issues like the ones I had here!

Nós que estamos aqui sem nossa família por perto sabemos da importância de sermos atendidos com Amor, olho no olho sendo ouvidas e orientadas com muito afeto, isso faz toda diferença durante e depois da gestação. Dr.Acuna is amazing, such a loving and caring Doctor. She takes the time to really listen and let you ask as many questions as you want.I've been Dr.Acuna patient for over 2 years and can guarantee that was NEVER mistreated by any of her staff, I've being to her office countless times before and now during my pregnancy.Every time I called with a concern about tge pregnancy they always check with Dr.Acuma right the way and call me within minutes.Great Doctor, great staff and great office!!!

Called the office to see if they take self pay. The receptionist confirmed they do then asked me about the nature of my appt. With each question she would put me on hold and then come back with an answer. I told her I would have insurance in December. I have 3 options for insurance: my job, my fiancé’s job or Medicaid. I told her I knew one was blue cross and I wasn’t sure about the other but I could find out but that it wasn’t important right now because I am self pay through December and just wanted to make an appt (On Zoc Doc it says they take Blue cross) She put me on hold like usual and came back to the phone stating how sorry she was but that they aren’t accepting blue cross right now only self pay. I said good, I’m self pay. What do need to do to make an appointment. Again she starts saying “I’m so sorry” I asked what she was sorry for and that if they take self pay then was the problem? She said, well what happens in December when you get insurance? I said I have 2 other options we can consider. She said “ welll. I’m just so sorry.” At that point I said forget it and hung up the phone. I’m not sure what their problem is? But if they can’t get it together on the phone what is the actual visit going to be like?

Super recomendo a Dr. Acuna. Muito atenciosa e competente. A equipe também sempre foi incrível comigo, principalmente quando mais precisei durante minha gravidez!

The best Doctor in Orlando. She's patient, caring and loving. She took care of me through my pregnancy and delivered my baby. I will be forever grateful for all the help and support she has given to me.
