Very bad experience

I had a bad heel spur. Dr Perez operated a few days later with no complications. I could have lost the tendon which would have made things worse. I would see him again if I ever have trouble even though I can go to the VA.

horrible visit, Andres Perez lacks of communication skills, never told me what the issue was with my foot, apparently he ordered anti-inflammatory pills and failed to tell me. I would never refer any one to go see him.

Dr. Perez has always been very professional to me always answered my question and gave me great advice, but i had an appointment today so yesterday I paid $100.00 dollars of a balanced that i owe and told billings that they won't see you if I didn't make a payment, mind you I was on a payment plan with them, so after paying a $100.00 the person that took my money said I wouldn't have an issue seeing Dr. Perez tomorrow, I get a phone call 5 minutes before they close at Dr. Perez's office, stating that I wouldn't be able to be seen tomorrow until my full balanced is paid off, I told the woman that called that I was on a payment plan and billings gave me the okay to come see him tomorrow, she was very sarcastic didn't have a care in the world maybe if the shoe was on the other foot she would've shown some compassion, very bad people skills, I really needed to see Dr. Perez but it seems it's profit before patient?, so now i have to wait months before i can see Dr. Perez. I'm paying $100.00 a month because I'm on a fixed income, Question if my foot gets infected due to the greed who do I talk too? I never had an issue with Dr. Perez but their corporate people policy need to be changed how can you honored our payment agreement from our last visit than do a whole 180 on this visit? I'm not rating Dr. Perez he's five star, I'm rating your corporation policies that you enter into an agreement than change policies midstream, I'm glad my phone recorded the conversations I had between billing and the rude receptionist at Dr. Perez's office because no one will believe me if I told them how they agree to see me when I paid the $100.00, then cancelled my appointment because I guess $100.00 wasn't enough even though we agreed to that amount?

Accurate dingoes of foot problem. Had the best surgery with successful results. I recommend to any one, who can trust him the best surgeon in Poinciana, FL .

Terrible!!! Waited over an hour and took a biopsy of my toe nail and when I called 2 weeks later I was told that I would have to come back to get the results. They have a "policy "of not giving results over the phone even if there is nothing wrong with my nail. The patient comes last at this place.

My experience was top notch! I would definitely recommend this organization to my friends.

I love the staff there, the ladies are always very friendly, work efficiently and meet my needs.
