If you want this surgeon to cut your leg open, dislocate your hip, fit a new socket in your pelvis, chop off the top of your femur, jam a lawn stake with a new a femur ball at the top into your leg, relocate your leg into your pelvis, sew you up and say here’s a Tramadol…THEN BE MY GUEST.

Dr. Clair is patient and took time to answer all my questions. He gave helpful explanations and all this gave me confidence to have the knee replacement surgery I have needed for a while. He is an excellent clinician and meticulous surgeon. Also, his team of Rebecca and Joseph are clinical experts and very helpful throughout the process. For the last few years I have learned to live with the pain in my hip. My new advice is nobody should be in pain and there are experts practicing right here. From the time I met Dr. Clair and the staff at Rothman Orthopaedics, I knew I was in great hands. During my initial meeting with Dr Clair, he took the time to listen to my concerns and then showed me my hip X-rays, and discussed the process of hip replacement in easy to understand manner. From diagnosis to recovery, Dr Clair has helped me be pain free. Since my hip replacement in February 2023, I have had zero pain and my recovery has been better than I expected. I am now able to enjoy gardening again, enjoy walking and riding my bike, and ultimately enjoying life again. Dr Clair and his team are the best before, during, and after surgery. I was pleasantly surprised that Dr Clair’s team followed up with me post surgery to check how I was doing and answered any questions I had. I am grateful for the care of Dr. Clair and would definitely recommend this team to anyone experiencing hip pain and not living life to the fullest due to their pain. I look forward to many active pain-free years.
