Overall a good doctor, but i'm very disappointed! His front desk associates need more training. In 2 weeks i'm moving to a new apartment complex which happens to have carpet. So i ask the management from the apartment complex if they could remove the carpet from the apartment before i move in. they said yes, but i would need a note from my doctor stating that i have asthma. So i called Dr. Roman's office for a letter stating and proving that i have asthma, only to be told that they don't do those types of letter's. That i knew the apartment had carpets. This is the second issue that i have had with he office. The first time one of his receptionists had an attitude problem and now this. Very unprofessional!

Dr. Roman is the most caring and compassionate doctor my mother has ever had. He is patient and goes over all the test results. He explains why it is important to work on one area over the other. My mother's health has improved tremendously under his care. I feel like we are a team. I feel like she isn't a number rather that she is his primary concern. I'm so pleased with him that I looked him up to write a review.
