maybe the worst experience ever. the receptionist should not be allowed to be so discourteous. dr saranita out without any notice to patients. i thought dr bruce kramer was excellent. ruby, nurse was excellent. dr wrote a prescription that cvs can not fill without doctors explanation. no one in office would help, phone sytems down. now have open wound without meds or a doctor to help. never such a bad experience. m.

I have gone twice. First visit the doctor was great but was almost an hour behind. Second visit I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time in the waiting room. I got up and asked the person at the front desk when they could see me. I was told I’m next but would be a while. I left. They charge you if you’re late or miss an appointment but can’t keep time themselves. I recommend the doctor if you have a lot of time to wait. If not you should find somewhere else.

Dr. Saranita and his staff were very friendly and professional. He attended to my problem quickly. My wait time was minimal.

After driving for an hour my elderly mother and I arrived at 10:22 am for her 10:30 am appointment, waited for an hour and a half while reading and filling out paperwork only to be told the doctor couldn't see her until 2:40pm. The receptionist had an unpleasant demeanor, an air of annoyance, and a distinct sadistic pleasure in denying my mother service. Regardless of the receptionist's incompetence the doctor co-signed her behavior and told us he was too busy to facilitate or accommodate an 87 year old health challenged patient who had been waiting for an hour and a half. He was dismissive and attempted to demean and/or assuage me by calling me "hon", based solely on his receptionist's relay of events and without discussing the situation with me or my mother. He talked at us, rapidly, with exasperation and without any concern for a sick elderly woman or her time.

Always a good experience.

I took my grandchild to him because she had pain in her foot . I have to say what a nice and great doctor. all the staff was wonderful. she is having her foot surgery this week. He told me what was wrong and let me see the x-ray and it was in plan site.

At first I thought "What a great place" then on my 2nd visit (scheduled to discuss treatment from the biopsy) However, the biopsy results weren't in, there was no reason for the visit (they should have informed me) and they billed me and my insurance, even though they hadn't done anything other than tell me the biopsy wasn't back yet! Dr. Anthony Saranita refused to take or return my calls regarding this. Seems as though he's a Dr. just for the money, not patient care. Very disappointing! -JMZ

Dr. Saranita and his staff are all simply fantastic! From the day I walked in with a broken foot (not really walked in lol) Dr. Saranita and his staff were pleasant to deal with. Each appointment I was in and out within 30 min to include X-rays each visit. It just doesn't get any better than that! Dr Saranita was attentive, easy to understand and always ready and willing to answer any questions. A++++ all around! Keep up the great work!!!!

My daughter had the worst experience with Dr. Saranita. He refused to fix her ingrown toenail in the office. He had her go to the hospital where he wanted to put her under general anesthesia. She was scared and refused to do it. We left. A week later I received a certified letter "discharging" her as a patient. At that point she had already had the procedure done by a different physician in her office. I would not recommend this doctor!!!!
