This was the worst experience I have ever had with a physician. He refused to examine and address my concerns. He told me that "women have problems going the bathroom and men don't" and that he is not going to address that. If I would have known how bad this doctor was, I would have never gone to him.

At Kingston’s Hotel Dieu Hospital clinic, the first moment we met, your down-to-earth professionalism made a great impression. After examination, you explained the proposed surgical procedure in detail, inspiring confidence and trust. On the day of surgery, as I waited to be taken to the operating room, you came to my bedside and asked about concerns. Your visit was greatly appreciated. My post-op recovery was swift. Your skillful hands have ‘fixed’ me. Two weeks later, I received a phone call from you to follow up on my status. Once again, thank you Dr. Caycedo!
