When Lady Rayne McCloud had the cancer experience, it was a very difficult journey. The only time we felt secure, and sure that things would be alright was when we were in Dr Saigals presence. She is both an amazing surgeon and a Supreme Humanitarian!

The care I received from the office staff and from Dr. Saigal was outstanding. Prompt, courteous, skilled, caring. I was very impressed, and I appreciated Dr. Saigal's care, concern, advocacy, diligence and skill throughout the whole process. She is amazing...everything you could want in a surgeon.

Horrible experience, you will never be able to get a hold on them, to make an appointment you probably have to call over 50 times every day for two weeks, and if you want to ask about your medical record, you need to call 50 times every day for two months. They will never answer your phone.

Dr. Saigal is the most kind and caring doctor I have met. She has been instrumental in changing my life. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Saigal came highly recommended. My appointment was rushed, she brushed over my concerns of claustrophobia as it relates to MRIs (told me to have a few cocktails before the MRI--it did not help), and she never showed up to our follow-up appointment. The follow-up was virtual. I had called earlier in the day as they said she would call my mobile. I confirmed my phone number and then never received a call from Dr. Saigal. I sent a message through the patient portal about the missed appointment and received a phone call today--2 months later telling me that Dr. Saigal's notes state she called and left a voicemail. I will give her the benefit of the doubt and perhaps she called an incorrect number, but I never received a call or voicemail. It is very disappointing that it took 2-months for a response to my message and the actual response was less than ideal. It was a disappointing experience.

On my one year anniversary of a bilateral mastectomy under difficult circumstances there are not enough words to adequately describe the character and skill of Dr. Saigal. Her knowledge, expertise, integrity, and compassion are beyond measure. There is no better doctor!

I highly recommend Dr. Saigal! She is a very intelligent, caring surgeon who puts you at ease immediately with her great bedside manner. Her staff is friendly and extremely helpful as well. Sandy her medical assistant was very kind and patient with my MANY questions regarding all my tests and surgery!
