Amanda Hale .. your employees at the front desk are the most incompetent and rude and insensitive people we are ever have the disgrace to cross path!!.. Mother ( who’s a critic patient with 2 resent strokes) had an appointment this morning was running late because two accidents on their way to the office , I call to let the front desk know by phone in advance!.. I was told 15 minutes they have extra to make it on time, dad rush his way to the office (7 minutes out of those 15) to let the staff know mother was in the car .. cuz she is paralyze!!! She can run she have to move with a wheel chair!!so once again dad went to the office and inform to the guy at the front desk with our name tag, and this “gentleman ‘ said it’s ok.. mom got there and was told sorry u are late!! Dad said hey but I came and inform u that she was at the car I came to let you know we are already here.. this guy just didn’t care.. parents ask for you madam Amanda Hale and they refuse to bring u.. they just asure to pass the message!! You call personally my mother and insist that You need to see her because you have the MRI results!’ Do you really think this is fair for a patient in/with mothers condition being played with this boss wanna be that you have at the front desk , Now she is even more nervous thinking about what are those MRI results you were insisting need to discuss with her! My mothers name Julia Aslan , Now we would like to know what are the urgency you saw at mothers MRI!

After my mother's stroke we told upon discharge from the hospital to make an appointment to see Doctor Velez within 2 weeks. After calling the office they told us the soonest they could get her in was six months. Left us struggling to find someone to see my mother after her stroke. I do feel bad giving one star because he may be an excellent doctor if you can actually get to see him.
