It has truly been a great experience with Assisting Hands. Never using caregiver before, having them in your home and trusting them with your loved ones, I highly recommend Assisting Hands. They have made the process so easy. Their caregivers are professional and caring. They paired my father up with a caregiver, Tiarra, who was a perfect fit for our situation and with my father, who is has dementia. She came into our home and we felt at complete ease from the minute we met her. She truly cared about and for my father. I felt so comfortable going to work knowing she was with him and am so happy to know we she will care for him upon his return to my home. Thank you, Assisting Hands, and Tiarra for being so great and the quality of services you provide.

This was the only agency out of approximately eight that I called that said, "All of our caregivers are vaccinated." After waiting weeks for one group to find someone who was vaccinated, and speaking to many others who all said they only had a few vaccinated caregivers and those were all working with other families, this was welcome news and all I needed to hear. Everyone we have interacted with here has been wonderful. They put an emphasis on choosing a caregiver with a personality that will work well with the client. They did a great job finding a caregiver for my dad. She is really great, and has gone above and beyond what was expected in order to help him on at least two occasions. My father says she has helped him with anything he has asked of her. I don't think we could have gotten anyone better! If you are looking for good, caring people for your loved one, look no further than Assisting Hands Home Care.

It has been a great experience with Martin and Assisting Hands. From the initial contact of them being accommodating in the time of the pandemic to swiftly dealing with the "only one" issue that we had, to selecting a great caregiver for my Mom, it was all very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this company, and would use them again when my Mom returns to the area. It is very satisfying to know these quality services are available when I need them.

It has only been a few weeks since my family started working with Assisting Hand Home Care [Orlando/West Orange] for assistance for my mother. The care and level of attention to detail has been exceptional. Their staff, caregivers and leadership has demonstrated compassion and care to everyone they are in contact with.
