From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. Everyone was extremely nice as well as attended to my needs. I was helped by Genesis and she was fantastic throughout the entire process. I’ve visited other places where they barely care and you’re in and out in 10 minutes however this place made me feel as if they took all the extra care to make sure I was taken care of properly. Overall, my visit was a complete success and I will 100% be recommending a Baldwin eye care to all of My friends and family.

The doctor and assistant were very professional, detailed and not rushed through my entire examination. They clearly explained their findings and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The entire staff I encountered was extremely professional and informative. If you are looking for eye care, I would highly recommend this practice.

Staff and Doctor were all attentive and thorough with communication. Exam, glasses selection and purchase were all fast and easy. Most excited about the quick turnaround time quoted to me on the new glasses - when we buy new shiny things we cannot wait to use them!

If I could leave a review with 6 stars, I would! I had a very sudden mishap with my glasses this morning and was convinced I broke them beyond repair. The lens was partially popped out, the frame was out of sorts to the point I couldn’t even wear them. But luckily the staff at Baldwin Park Eye Care are so amazing, I sent them a text and they responded quickly and were able to fit me SAME DAY! It looks like my glasses were never broken thanks to Kim’s magical touch and years of experience! I am so grateful to be a client here, all of my family comes here for a reason and so should you!!

Absolutely cannot recommend this store enough! The Dr and staff were so nice, helpful, patient and professional. The store itself has a great atmosphere and tons of quality glasses. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know

His google reviews are fake and this is a lot closer to the actual review of this horrid business that price gouge the crap out of their customers. His staff are fear-mongers his patients to pay for more services than they need and the doctor is a germaphobe who cannot adequately perform a vision exam. I would have tolerated all of this if my prescription is correct but now I have to go find another doctor.
