We had such a wonderful experience at Bay Hill Eye Care! My husband and I are tourists and realized that we had forgotten our contact lenses while traveling. We came in hoping they might be able to help, and everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. After we provided our prescriptions, they took the time to find exactly the right contact lenses for both of us, even matching the specific brands we normally use. They made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy and pleasant. A very special thank you to Katie, Niki, and Ashley for being so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful. You really saved us during our trip! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Bay Hill Eye Care. Thank you so much! ❤️

My family and I have always been overcharged after our appointments. When we ask to be shown the itemized list for the bill, the charge suddenly gets "reduced." Last visit, when I asked for the bill details, the receptionist refused and got angry with me for questioning the charge yet again. Make sure to ask for every detail regarding your charges. After being a customer for more than 10 years, we will not be coming back.

I love going to Bay Hill Eye care. They are always pleasant and on time. I love how everyone in the office makes me feel so welcomed.Dr. Caughlin is such a great doctor.

Dr. Bui and the team at Bay Hill are amazing! Dr. Bui is very thorough, provides a lot of education, explains everything clearly and makes helpful recommendations. The staff are so patient with helping me pick out glasses and I’ve never had any issues with the lenses like I have at other places. Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this eye care center today. I arrived approximately 15 minutes late for my eye exam and was told that I could not be seen. I understand that there may be policies regarding late arrivals, and I respect the need for those policies. However, what makes this experience especially frustrating is that I was allowed to proceed with my appointment when I was late on a previous visit. If the policy has changed or is being enforced differently, I would expect that to be clearly communicated and handled professionally. Instead, the front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and showed very little understanding or courtesy. I was already disappointed about missing my appointment, but the way I was treated made the situation significantly worse. Policies can be enforced without being disrespectful to customers. I strongly encourage management to review this incident, including the inconsistent handling of late arrivals and the behavior of the front desk staff. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I will seriously reconsider returning to this location or recommending it to others.

Excellent service and polite people!

The staff is so friendly. Dr Sean Couglin has been amazing with the guarding and protection of my eyes from my diabetes and heart issues that can bring on such dire events with your eye sight. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyes except Bay Hill Eye Care. The group at Bay Hill Eye have been so fabulous to me for so many years. I totally recommend that you trust your eye sight with the Bay Hill Eye Care group.
