Bela Kudish Md's Online Review Report Card

I found Dr Kudish through Pelvic Guru page and my insurance and I was so happy because is a walking distance from my home however I've tried to schedule an appointment today even though I explained I've had repeated uti since last year( I'm searching for a second opinion because I was diagnosed with Inter Cystitis). I recently had two surgeries including myomectomy, endometriosis excision and that I'm having bladder and urethra issues and pain! This office is requiring unnecessary referrals which my insurance doesn't require. After that they told me to see my family doctor and ask for a referral again. The doctor seems to be an excellent doctor however the office is poorly managed, lack empathy and disregard. Instead of creating unnecessary obstacles they should be honest to say that they are not taking new patients.

I would highly recommend Dr Bela Kudish for any urogynecology problems. She is the best in her field. She is very caring and compassionate. I had my surgery at AdventHealth Hospital at 601 E Rollins ST Orlando FL and the nurses in rapid in and out department are some of the best. The nurses think very highly of Dr Kudish and so do I. I cannot thank her enough for doing a fantastic and successful operation on me. If possible I’d give her a 10 stars rating.

My experience with Dr. Bela Kudish was better than I expected. I feel that she really cares and took quite a long time to listen to my problems and concerns. She explained things in laymen terms which helped me feel calm and comfortable with making decisions about my health.

I have had several procedures done at Bela Vida Med Spa. Dr. Kudish is a great physician with a good eye for artistic balance. She's always done a great job for everything she's done for me.

I was referred to this office by my OBGYN for urology. I attempted to book the appointment online, but the online form does not work after you hit submit. I called several times during business hours and never got a live person. Finally left a voicemail requesting an appointment. The recording said they would get back within 24 hours. It has been more than 3 days and I have yet to hear back.

She is very knowledgable , kind .takes her time and makes you comfortable during her visit. I will be referring her to everyone I know. Thank you Dr. Kudish and staff.

I love Dr. Bela herself, but must give her practice an overall lower rating because of her front desk and back-office staff. I have been attended by Dr. Bela for several years, and the care she provides has been excellent. However, in order to get to her, you have to run a gauntlet of uneven service experiences. The front desk staff can be rude at times, and I’ve even caught them gossiping about other patients and their HIPPA-protected information within earshot of me. I’ve had several in-office procedures, and have recently completed a surgery by Dr. Bela. My outcomes have been good, but AGAIN, the surgery schedulers, office manager, attending med techs and nurse practitioners are often misaligned, their grooming is not the best, they forget things, and don’t return phone calls.
