Bhaskar N Raju's Online Review Report Card

My first appointment was with Dr. Jeffrey Gruhler in Aug 2022. He was kind, compassionate, caring and understanding. I have since deleted that review on Google because as of Feb 1, 2023, unbeknownst to me, I met with Ms. Milford-Giordani and was told the DAY of my appointment that Dr. Gruhler was no longer with OPA. How unprofessional! In addition to this, TREATING me like a NUMBER, instead of a patient, she immediately states, without ANY factual reasons pertaining to my Six Psychiatric Diagnosises, that she will be lowering my doses of my ADHD Meds and Anxiety Meds because of "policy." Let's be clear, lies about "POLICIES" should NEVER dictate the treatment of an individual, LIKE MYSELF, who has been on my meds for almost two decades and who is a 21 year "survivor" of HIV, multiple health issues and severe trauma!!! Now I have an appointment with Dr. Raju on Mar 2, 2023 and I'm dreading it!!!

I saw Dr. Raju himself and found him to be extremely unprofessional, condescending and lacking in general knowledge. His grasp of psychiatry was so poor I actually had to stop the appointment several times to ask him if he was even reading the correct file. Apparently patients who advocate for themselves are far too challenging for this doctor because after a single appointment AND without written notice he discharged me as a patient. DO NOT trust your mental health to this man!

His P.A. Lisa Shallenberger has been counseling me on-line and I can tell she is just reading from a list of things she is suppose to ask me. I could do that. I told her I needed a stronger dose of adderall and she simply said okay. I guess I could have ordered a much higher does if I wanted to. She has screwed up my prescriptions 3 times and since I take adderall, that is not good. Someone needs ...

Dr. Raju is amazing!!!! He's caring, thoughtful and a great listener. He's handsome and knows how to make you smile!!!! I would recommend him to anyone!!!!!! Anyone that gives him a rating below 5 should be hospitalized because they are in need of stabilization before being able to continue in a community setting!!!!! LOVE DR RAJU!!!!!!!

This people are not interesting in helping people. Front office is rude, not compassionate and brush you off like its nothing. If doctors would care about the people they would demand better service from their front desk cuz they are the face of that medical practice. Wasted my time. Deserved zero not one star.

Worst ofice ever manager was rude to an old lady cus she didnt understan video calls , they were working true video call cus of the virus which make sense, my issue is that I made an apoiment at 10.30 whit the Dr. Bhaskar but the funny thing is he dosent work till 2pm. The staff is really bad dealing whit people, I never recomend this place is way to desorganize btw never give service needing medication they toldme the I hace to reeschd, so I waste my time AND THAT NOT EVEN THE ADRESS!
