2nd time I've seen this doctor, both time misdiagnosis. I will be going to my primary care doctor tomorrow. Unbelievable he is still practicing medicine.

To call him a “doctor” is an insult to doctors everywhere. He should be run out of town on a rail. He tried to deny life-saving treatment to my husband when he met ALL the criteria for it. I had to go off at his staff & stand up for my hubby. Only THEN did he get the needed treatment.

Not the sort of treatment that justifies for the fees PAs charge. Cocky attitude, dismissive, didn't offer pain medication until I asked after an hour when I was dismissed without proper scans or diagnostics. Referral to a Dr that couldn't take care of my problem. I had to call and find somewhere else to go that could assist me. This so called Doctor was very unprofessional in the way he addressed me. I cam in for an issue that he could not figure out what to do with and offered no real solutions nor adequate documentation. A waist of time.

Dr Ratzel is unprofessional, insensitive, cocky attitude, and has no clue of what he is saying. I came in the ER at Parrish Medical Center for a serious female issue, yet the so called doctor was busy talking to me about something else and never even put in my records the obvious reason I was there nor was he able to understand, treat, or document the reasons for me visit.

Brian Ratzel refused to accept less invasive remedies that have proven themselves successful for my condition. He laughed and shrugged off any part of my concerns regarding HIS decision to over-medicate me. The rest of the sales staff only acted to validate his point of view. $999 for a plastic bag of salt water? Come on. I drink water already.
