I love this clinic they treat my mom with respect there very kind and the give her the attention she needs I'm very grateful for them my mom is in good hands the problem with IMC clinic is that the call dose not go directly to the Clinic it goes somewhere else and this ppl don't know what there doing i usually have to go to the clinic directly cause by the phone nothing is ever solved

The officer manager, Vanessa was extremely professional, patient, and diligent with my family and I during a recent visit. The staff that I encountered overall remained kind and professional throughout the duration of our communication. Thanks again Vanessa for resolving our issue.

This office should specify or let the insurance know not to refer patients that are not Spanish because looks like they only accept Spanish patients. After contacting my insurance and they told me this office is in my network I called them to schedule a new patient appointment. The person who answer the phone instantly start speaking Spanish. I told her I am calling to schedule a new patient appointment she ask my name and date of birth and when she realized I’m not Spanish she said to call my insurance to schedule a appointment that she can’t do it I’m not a patient there. I explain to her that my insurance already told me that your office is in my network. She said to me in order to schedule a new patient appointment my insurance company has to do it then they accept it within 72 hours to call back next Wednesday that will be 72 hours. I keep telling her I’m so confused as to what’s happening because even if I call my insurance again 72 business hours is 3 days which will be Tuesday. I never know that in order to schedule a doctor appointment you need to contact your insurance to do it. Since when insurance has access to doctors schedules I don’t know. So I kindly told her it’s okay I will go somewhere else.
