Dr Mercado is one of the most compassionate doctors I know. She explains things very well. You can tell this is not just a job but her passion.

Doctor was very nice, but the nurse lied and said I cursed at her, which I didnt. Dr. Mercado didnt ask us what happen, she just said I wont curse her nurse. We dont know why she didnt pull us to a private area instead of discussing this matter in a room full of patients. Even my husband said I didnt. Even if I did, which I dont go around cursing people, but if they specialize in my type of brain tumors, they should know that it causes a major personality change. We wont be back. Very unprofessional and uncaring. N9w we have to start all over again. Hopefully I'm still alive. Dont trust orlando health with your health.

I’m very happy with Dr. Mercado and her staff , she takes the time to listen to you and explain step by step the treatment , this is only my first two virtual medical visits and soon I’ll meet her . God Bless Dr. Mercado

Our daughter had to undergo radiation recently. Immediately upon meeting Dr. Mercado it was obvious that she was an exceptional doctor. She explained the treatment and side effects with such compassion and care. Her explanations were clear and simple. She allowed time for me to process information and ask questions with no rush. Throughout the entire treatment she remained accessible, informative topped with a little humor. Even the staff was phenomenal from the front desk to the nurses. I would recommend adults and children to visit her for their radiation needs.
