Had a hearing test and filled with new hearing aids in the last couple weeks. I am so pleased with the service I received, the doctor took the time and energy to explain in detail everything that was going on, and where I actually stood in my hearing loss.Between Dr. C and Holly, I don't believe there's any better providers around! Both very helpful and knowledgeable, and I gave it a 10 out of 10 rating, or actually a five for Yelp!So much better than my previous hearing aid from another provider. Bluetooth and latest technology gave me what I thought was gone forever. And then I discovered sound that I didn't know Gaurav was missing!Needless to say, I am over the moon happy with the staff and the product and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that will listen.

I was in dire need of a hearing aid charger. After traveling to Orlando on vacation I realized I forgot to pack my charger. They were very helpful in giving me several options, one that they would charge the aids for me. Fortunately they had a travel charger which I purchased. Thank you for all your help.

My husband had this appointment scheduled by the VA. Dr. Stephan Condill was amazing. Greeted us at the door, took the time to talk to us and get to know us, didnt rush the appointment. He is obviously very family oriented and even great with our kids, he even took the time to talk to them. The appointment was quick. We highly recommend this Audiologist, all around great guy!

I told Dr Condill that I wish I had a hearing problem so I could come back. Or that I should come weekly for ear molds just for fun. I came to get ear impressions after calling a bunch other places that were requiring exams and hearing testing and expense. These guys were efficient and fun and worth the farther drive for me. I had been dreading the appointment as one more to do on my check off list for the day. Instead I got a surprise: a very personal experience where someone took the time to make me feel special .

I highly recommend Dr. Stephan Condill, he truly cares about his patients. He takes the time however long that maybe to sit there with you to answer your questions. He is really up to date on the technology which benefits us the patient. I love my hearing aids because I can hear so well. You can tell he has a passion for helping people.

It is great to find someone who has a passion for what they do. Stephan has led me through several different hearing aids as new ones are available. My wife went with me a number of times. Stephan helped her understand the problems I was having hearing.He recommended a cochlear implant Doctor and helped me get an appointment. He even went over with me a couple of times to see how I was progressing. There is a lot more to be said but the best is the results.I was able to be in my front yard with my wife's family and could hear the conversation and be able to part of it.Which has never happened before.Larry Lowe
