When it comes to doctor’s offices—the front office staff are the first impression and face of the business. Regardless of how skilled and competent the medical professionals are behind the scenes, a rude, arrogant and lazy receptionist can sour and ruin the experience to the point where you not only want to seek help elsewhere, but warn others away, too. And that’s the case with Central Florida Retina. The people who own and run this business should take much better care in who they hire and how the front office staff treats the patients.

When it comes to doctor's offices--the front office staff are the first impression and face of the business. Dr Feinstein and his staff go above and beyond with the service they provide. It always gives me a good feeling in coming back. No improvements are needed only to continue what you are doing because that’s what makes the amount of patients that are always there in coming back. Dr Feinstein, Esther and Jasmine gave me a warm welcome today. Great job they are doing!
