If I could give less than 1⭐ I would Hes never seen or treated a CRPSRSD Patient with Full Body RSDHere Ive been bed bound 14 years and now having a partial remission and finally experiencing life out of bed and getting my drivers license again because of my implanted Morphine pump. I miss my Pain Doctor in ARThis man had No compassion in his heart. Would not allow him to treat my dog.

Dr. Lassalle and Dr. Juan are amazing. The Back staff are great they treat you with respect and empathy. Now the front staff and office manager the rudest Bunch of people I’ve ever meet. When I first started going to see these doctors it was a pressure. now I Dread going there. There is one girl she is African American that is a joy to interact with she is polite.the rest have to be retrained.

Trying to call office at 815am right now and the person said please hold I have one person ahead of you and stuck me on hold without even hearing me say ok. Currently Im still on hold and from looking at my phone its been 30 min. Im sure they have forgotten about me sitting here on hold. Im so glad Im wasting all this time. Plus you know when I call back she will put me on hold again. This is also how bad my last appointment my 2nd went when instead of the doctor seeing I got his NP which knew nothing of my condition and was too much in a rush to listen or even look at my history properly.

Not a practice you want to use. No options given for effective pain management. Always seen by physician assistant that don’t answer questions and lies to patients. Shameful

Dr. Lassalle is about as intelligent as the my dog that has dementia and I trust him to give an actual diagnosis as much as I trust the U.S. to get rid of all COVID cases before the end of August. I would rather see a crackhead on Church Street for medical advice before I saw him again.

Charged my insurance almost 1200 for a Drug test that could have been free in network. Super unorganized and rude staff. Not worth the time when they are only after your insurance money. Find somewhere else that you can trust and that they care about your health. I chose this place because it was the closest to Lee Vista and didnt read the reviews. My primary care physician has recommended another doctor that can understand my condition and develop a plan for a healthy life. The methods of charging the max out of your insurance is in reality taking advantage of patients. I had a Hospitalization that was less than this first visit.

My daughter and I have been going here for a month or so.. we asked for an alternative to drugs for her fibromyalgia pain..Dr.LaSalle suggested vitamin therapy...and wow..she has had a few and she is so good compared to the drug therapy Cant say enough about this improvement Only drawback is the referral process from the pcp.

Unfortunately these Drs. Dont look for options to pain management that works. Pills or injections that they know dont work in my case. Now they want to implant a pump in my back? No thank you. No more suegeries that dont work find other options. They only want your insurance money dont really care about your pain and suffering

These people have lost my records. I call them and they find the records and then proceed to losed= them again. I cannot speak to Dr. LaSalle as a physician but his medical practice appears to need help

Awful awful dr. Do not go there. He has no compassion talks over didn’t want to help my husband. But made sure he charged insurance and co payment. This dr should look for another line of work because this is definitely not his Calling Dr Cesar Lasalle horrible you should be ashamed of urself’
