Worst doctor ever. Told me nothing was wrong with my child after seeing him 3 times and said there was no tests to be done and told me I was an overly concerned mother. I took him to urgent care right after my visit and they did an essay and my child has a severe case of croup and a bad ear infection. Please moms and dads don't bring you child to this doctor .

I recently moved to Rockledge and was looking for a quality pediatrician for my 11 yr old daughter. After long and hard research I finally found one in Dr Mejia. He is the perfect combination of knowledge, caring and compassion. He always takes time to asks questions and treats us with respect. I have been to any pediatricians in the past and Dr Mejia exceeds others by a long shot. Although he appears to be young, do not let this fool you as his knowledge base and skills are better than others older than him. Do not miss up on seeing this excellent doctor!

Excellent doctor, my 4 year old son loves him and isn't afraid to go to the doctor's office because of him. He remembers my son every time he sees him (which is only a couple times a year). He is truly amazing!

Everything the other posters said is true. Dr Mejia is young, hip, and cool. My 13 year old son can relate to him and really listens to what he says. The doctor is also very knowledgeable. My son had find sort of rah or reaction. We were seen by another doctor in the practice and had to come back because treatment didn't help or work. When we came back we saw Dr Mejia and the meds he perscribed helped lessen my son's symptoms. We are very happy with him and hope we can continue to work with him for a long time.

I remember being so worried about my son being sick with a 102 fever at 3 am. I called after hours and the on call Dr. Was Dr. Mejia. I explained my worries and concern he was very attentive of what i was saying. He walked me though the rest of the night. He had me come in and made me feel so much better about my son. Dr. Mejia called a day later to follow up on my son. This was such a good feeling. I never known a Dr. To follow up as he did. This was encouraging as a single parent. I truly respect his practice and follow his advice. The rooms are very clean and the time was very quick. Staff is nice also. His MA is very motherly and i love that as a parent. Kids are happy thats is important. If you want a comapssionate educated Dr he is the one

What can I say besides Dr. Mejia was AMAZING! We have 6 kids and he remembers them all by name and their individual personality and likes. Its hard as a parent to keep up with the 6 but he sees them maybe once a month and remembers it without a missed beat. Besides having a great connection with the kids he is a wonderful and understanding Dr. Any questions or concerns he made me feel good about wanting to know more. The staff are nice. His MA is so sweet and with the kids. He was very quick also. I had no wait time and the office was very clean. I was worried about the BHA clinic but it was up to my standard and beyond. He was just awesome and the kids love him which as a parent besides the care is the best part. No more fighting to head to see the Dr. This is the best Pediatrician In Brevard by far. A must go if you have kids.

This was a great experience..Having medicaid there are few Dr. that are compassionate and love to truly educate parents. Dr. Mejia was full of listening ears and just listened to all my concerns no matter how small or petty they were if it was something important to me it was important to him. Dr. Mejia just made me feel so comfortable to speak about my worries and he gave me so many great information. He also was great with my twins. They Love him...And arent afraid of the Dr. They actually are 8 now and call Dr. Mejia Dr. Cool and it is nice that they have that comfort level with him. He explained how soda is full of sugar and can slow you down to help me out and ever since my boys haven't drank soda. This alone is amazing...I would recommend Dr. Mejia to anyone that wants a passionate and educated Dr.
