Dr. Dessify performed a Robotic Laparoscopic Inguinal Hernia surgery repair on me at June 12th, 2023. It was conducted outpatient. The most difficult part of my recovery was trying to decide should I take Tylenol or Advil because there was no pain associated with this surgery and despite having a pretty impressive pain killer prescribed to me - I never needed it. This guy has a bedside manner unlike anything I've ever seen. I felt like it was a member of my family taking care of me. He called me from his cell phone to ask how I was doing! WHO DOES THAT? The level of care I received was the most pleasant experience I've ever encountered in healthcare. The staff at his office were professional, they followed up QUICKLY on everything that I needed and 2 weeks post-op, I was released to go back to work. If you're putting off hernia repair surgery because you're fearful on how the recovery is - go to this guy. He's just the BEST. I am now 3 weeks post-op and I feel incredible thanks to Dr. Dessify!

Dr Patel and his staff are amazing. I had the gastric sleeve done by Dr Patel he is super professional and very informative when it comes to questions and concerns. He is highly recommended.

Staff not professional. Very Disappointed. Had a very disrespectful interaction with someone from the billing department/ office or whoever receives the calls when trying to submit a payment. Called to make a payment for my past surgery and the person that answered the phone not only was extremely rude but also hung up on me twice, lied to me about the total amount owed until receipt/proof was found about earlier payment. After being put on hold for over 30 minutes and been treated without any respect my payment went through. Extremely disappointed with how I was treated especially because I was trying to submit a payment which is something that should be quite simple.

Dr Patel operated me for my reflux and heital hernia, the care I received from him was outstanding, do not have any discomfort my reflux is gone. His office personnel and his surgery assistant (scheduler)are wonderful, glad I made the decision to go see him. I am recommending him to all my friends and family,

Dr. Dessify recently removed my gallbladder... Great experience in the office, wonderful staff, smooth surgery, kind and knowledge surgeon, fantastic attention after the procedure. I’ve had my fair share of bad doctor experiences, being treated here felt like a breath of fresh air.

My fist time visit to Dr.Chetan Patel was in Aug 2022 , i have to say I was very pleased , facility and the staff are great ,Dr.Chetan Patel is very talented ,knowledgeable and professional he is truly amazing Surgeon, I had two surgeries preformed by Dr.Chetan Patel, my first surgery i had in September 2022 ,Hiatal Hernia that I suffered 3 years I thought I would die, from discomfort and acidity level I was experiencing, Dr.Chetan Patel he made few little incsissions and did Laparoscopic surgery that is hardly visible, which I appreciate very much . I was on observation 24 hrs in the Lake Nona Hospital in Orlando FL .I must say the surgery went perfectly fine, also Dr.Chetan Patel has great bedside manners, he made sure to come see me , asked me how am I doing if I had any questions or concerns, he is an Angel 😇 he cares for his patients that type of dedication and commitment is extremely impressive and rarely found in today's health-care delivery system. When I went to visit him in January 2023 he sent me ride a way to do testing in Lake Nona Hospital for my stomach, he advised me that I need another surgery because of my gallbladder,I didn't think twice, immediately with out any hesitation, I scheduled my second surgery for January 19th. I am doing great after my second surgery with Dr.Chetan Patel he is incredible Doctor that you can TRUST , and put your life in his hands, I cannot RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH ,He is a 10 stars Surgeon !!! 💯 🙌 💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫

Dr. Patel saved my life. For over two years, I have been living on a buffet of heartburn medicine. First visit and one test later, it was determined my Hiatal Hernia needed to be addressed and should have been addressed by a prior Doctor. I immediately felt confident Dr. Patel was going to give me my life back. His incredible knowledge, confidence, and exceptional bedside manner won me over. His staff is top-notch. Samantha genuinely comforted me with “No question is silly”. To know me, I would have gotten another opinion just to be sure. Nope. My husband and I walked out of his office with no desire to talk to anyone else. I am three weeks into my recovery and I have not once had to take any heartburn medication. Don’t think twice with going to Dr. Patel. He will undoubtedly give you your life back. Dr. Patel and his kind and professional staff deserves 10 stars.

Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing. he did a Cholecystectomy for me this December for my gallbladder. With the holidays around the corner, I was concerned little did I know Dr. Patel and his staff would take good care of me. Prior to the procedure I experienced extreme pain in my stomach, chest pains, and lots of discomfort. Since the surgery I feel so much better I was able to get through the healing process very smoothly since the procedure was done. I highly recommend anyone to Dr. Patel, he cares about his patients, and he makes sure you understand the process. Thanks again for everything

Hands down I couldnt have asked for a better Dr/Surgeon. Dr patel, samantha and his team have been amazing throughout the whole bariatric process, from preop appointments to post op. Very professional and also caring for their patients. Anytime i go in i feel at ease. They couldnt have made this process any smoother for me.
