I wanted to take a couple of minutes to relay my experience with Jenn Cavalleri at your Oakwater Point location in Orlando. Three months ago I had a reverse shoulder replacement, and I chose to return to Jenn at Cora for physical therapy, because she was so awesome with my back therapy last year. Jenn was creative, patient and an outstanding cheerleader. I looked forward to each session, because I knew she would continue to help me progress with new exercises every week. She explained every new task until she was assured I understood why they were important. Because of her encouragement and skill, I was able to successfully complete my PT, and she gave me the knowledge to continue it at home. I hope you all know how amazing Jenn is, and how much she is appreciated!

Dr. Ethan Davis is incredible! Not only has he taken great care of my health, and physical therapy but he is also lovely to speak with at every appointment. Professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate is how I would describe him. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient, and with outstanding quality of therapy. I highly recommend becoming his patient! He is an expert in PT! Additionally, Kiara is wonderful too! She is easy to talk to, personable, and keeps me updated with my schedule. Excellent office! ~ Rosa W.

I was sent to PT by my primary Doctor twice. The second time I came about 3-4 times to therapy and everything was good.... I had an appointment on the 31st which I change to the 8th of January, I arrived to my appointment to find out I was discharged...without my approval and no one bother to call me before my appointment to let me know....and tge receptionist was blaming my primary Doctor cuz according to the receptionist I needed a new referral.....so this place has the worst costumer service!!!! Never again I will return to this place

Yo estoy muy contenta con la atencion de todo el personal de CORA de la Semoran orlando. Fl . Los teapistas que me han atendido por estos 2 meses lo han hecho muy profesionales. Les doy las gracias .a Isamar. Dolores. Karen. Jowy . Joey . Y todos los que alli trabaja. . No tengo los nombres pero son muy profesionales.

The staff are very nice and always accomodate to your needs and the Therapists are very knowledgeable and care about the patient's worries and needs.

I had a horrible experience while trying to even schedule for rehab. The receptionist kept blaming my attorney and other doctor for not sending info. that she either wrote down wrong or fail to properly handle. The appointment was made almost 2 weeks prior but they can't find any of the info. That was sent to them. They contacted me to tell me they could never get a hold of my attorney but every time I call her in front of them she is available and helpful. Shortly after arrival they let me know they didn't have any of the information that they needed which was sent from the attorney office and the surgery. What a waste of great physical therapist if you can't even get to them because they can't sort out the required documents.
