My wife has been a patient of Dr Jones for three years. Since her surgery, she has recovered well and is in good health.I am so grateful to Dr. Jones for taking such good care of her. I see the care he shows to her and how comfortable she feels with him. He is direct- no nonsense, which is what she prefers in a Doctor. But he is calm and he listens.My wife trusts Dr. Jones with her healthcare, as do I.

I have confidence in Dr. Jones’s medical capabilities, but in lieu of having a conversation, he dictates very rapidly into his iPad with his back turned to you. There is no conversation, just condescension. I will not be returning to see him. I need a physician who demonstrates a bit more compassion and empathy.

Complete Satisfaction with diagnosis and surgical procedure - I had suffered a sports injury 22 years ago that resulted in a mass accumulating in my left calf. Whenever I bumped it, I had severe pain shoot from my calf down to my heel. I was referred to Dr. Jones. After thoroughly discussing the options, I elected to go ahead with the surgery to remove the mass. Dr. Jones and his entire team (Latoya Able and Jennifer Newton) were simply wonderful. End result - a very successful surgery and NO more pain. Thank you.

I saw Dr.Jones twice. His bedside manner is lacking. He didn’t listen to what I was saying and therefore got a lot of information wrong. When I asked him how did I get my injury as I do not engage in any activity that would have caused it his reply was “I don’t know.” I have a disability and cannot use crutches or a cane but he kept suggesting I use them. Very disappointed.

Waited 1 1/2 hours with no explanation or apology. Waited 20 minutes in exam room. Dr. Jones wasn’t personable and I felt rushed out of the room. Two days before my appointment the office staff didn’t have my biopsy results and they expected me to get them for them. I live 55 minutes away and the whole experience was frustrating. I had actually picked up the results myself and at least had peace of mind that I didn’t have cancer. I’m not going back there.
