She was the first pediatrician I took my baby to! My baby was a lil bit underweight and having trouble latching! She assure me that everything was perfect that I was doing a great job and that we had no troubles in sight! I love her and recommend her nonstop!!

Cynthia Roque was my kids primary care for years. I don't have nothing different to say about her than she is a brilliant doctor. She is so kind, a brilliant doctor with a lot of knowledge working with children. Also I have to add that when it comes to children with special needs, she takes the time that each priority situation requires.

Dr. Roque is a wonderful doctor who is caring and takes the time to assess each child needs. She is friendly with the children and very professional. The best part is she listens to the parent's questions or concerns and offer options.

This place is terrible for taking care of your children's health, starting with the people at the front desk. They always have a sour face, they don't want to speak Spanish, especially one of them, I asked her if she spoke Spanish and she said no, 10 minutes later I heard her speaking Spanish with another person. Nemours offers a language translation service, but they don't know that the people at the front desk have no sense of customer service; they are always angry. There are never dates, seriously? I called at 8:00 am to request medical attention for a sore throat, and they never have space; I always have to take my daughters to urgent care because they say it is the only option. If you want your child to be observed by his primary doctor, you must schedule the appointment at least three months in advance! It's impossible to believe. The worst thing is that I have written evidence of three different diagnoses in less than a month for my daughter. First, they said it was an allergy and sent her medication; then she stopped it because it had to be treated as a cold and cough, and lastly, they found out she had a sore throat! Nemours has excellent doctors like Dra Batarseh and Dra Roque in this place, but the administration service is terrible!
