I have been a patient of Dr. Kuriakose for the last 4 years. He has been a wonderful doctor and very kind and empathetic. I continue to see him even though I live 2 hrs. away from his office because he is very knowledgeable and supportive of me in my care since my kidney transplant. I hate people making reviews and saying horrible things about a doctor after they had one bad experience with a doctor. May be the patient was having a bad day and taking that out on a doctor? Writing a book report after reading one page of the book, please! I hope other patients are not swayed by a solitary rant about a doctor and make their decisions. I stand behind my comments so I am going to sign my name. Sam Joseph

Dr. Cyril Kuriakose is a type of doctor who doesn't study the patients chart before encounter. He has a very hostile style toward patients and very poor communication skills explaining patients concerns. In my first encounter with this doctor he answered a few concerns in an Angry, defensive, fatigued, harried, dogmatic, or arrogant manner. I wasn't happy with his approach, so I walked away, he decides to follow me stating in a loud voice "HE IS NOT HAPPY", "HE IS NOT HAPPY" Very bad experienc

Took time to sit down and explain my kidney disease to me. Excellent bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and worked with me to come up with my treatment plan. I only trust Dr. K with my kidney transplant care.

Was referred to Dr. K by a friend who goes to him. I needed a second opinion about my kidney problem. He was excellent, reviewed my medical history with me, and offered me alternatives that worked for me as compared to my previous kidney doctor. I'm glad I was able to see him, he also has great bedside manner. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and listened to all my concerns.
