Daniel Crofton's Online Review Report Card

It’s with greatest pleasure that I recommend Dr Daniel Crofton. Dr Crofton is a brilliant, gifted, and skilled oral surgeon. I had fractured a tooth requiring it’s removal. Dr Crofton and his team successfully, rather painlessly, and with a very reasonable cost, installed a titanium implant so that my mouth could be returned to my preinjured state. His office staff were helpful, effective, and attentive to all my needs. Highest recommendation!

Dr. Crofton was friendly and personable during our consult but the day I went in for my extraction he was rushed and showed very little compassion. Thank goodness for her sweet nurse. I have endured decades of extensive dental work and I have never experienced pain like I did during this appointment. His nurse and front desk staff are kind, friendly and compassionate but Dr. Crofton made me feel like I was part of an assembly line by the way he rushed in and out of the room during my extraction. I will be canceling all future appointments for my family and looking for a doctor with a better bedside manner.

Dr Crofton was very kind and professional. Due to a medical issue of mine I have a bleeding problem. Dr Crofton took very good care for this. We discussed my problem ahead of time and made a plan of care. After surgery I called 3 different times because I was very nervous about a small problem. Each time the office staff got me in the same day and Dr Cofton explained what was going on and calmed me down. He was so kind and understanding. I could never have had a better experience then with Dr Crofton and his staff. You will be in good hands here. I will recommend Dr Crofton to everyone I know and care about.

AMAZING! I was in the hospital due to antibiotic resistant abscess. It looked like I was hiding a softball between my jaw and cheek. I was in agonizing pain and Advent Health contacted him to get me in next day for emergency oral surgery. Surgery has been my biggest fear for the longest time. His staff were kind, efficient and accommodating. Dr. Crofton was too the point, empathetic, and gave me the utmost care in draining the infection, removing the cracked molar (that I had neglected to have taken care of for quite some time) and an impacted wisdom tooth I had also neglected to have removed. I am grateful for his skillful work, kind nature and his wonderful staff. I can't say enough good things about his work and his office. One week out from surgery and I feel like myself again. Thank you, Dr. Crofton and Staff.

I brought my son for an evaluation for the extraction of 2 baby teeth and 2 placements on unerupted teeth. The evaluation went fine. He was friendly and had good bedside manner. However, his prices were so high, I thought. We are self-pay for dental so I decided to shop around. Even paying another $90 evaluation fee at another oral surgeon in Clermont, we still saved $2,000 on the exact same procedure with the exact same anesthesia! You may want to shop around a little bit, it could say you a lot of money too!

We decided to go elsewhere b/c of the huge cost. We are self-pay for dental so it is important to us to get a reasonable price. A friend recommended another oral surgeon in Clermont and the cost was $2000 less! ...for the exact same procedure. I am learning not to accept exorbitant prices...Shop around. You may say thousands as I did!

Dr. Crofton pulled my four impacted wisdom teeth. This was my first surgery and the whole staff made me feel relaxed during the entire process. Dr. Crofton was very friendly and did the surgery so well, he even put stitches in my gums to help swelling, that it was as painless and comfortable as possible. Highly recommend Dr. Crofton and the staff there who works so hard.

Dr. Crofton did a tremendous job with my son's Bi-maxillary osteotomy (double jaw surgery). Throughout the entire process, he demonstrated kindness and compassion in addition with his superior knowledge and attention to detail in the oral and maxillofacial field. My son is very happy his results and I would definitely recommend Dr. Crofton to anyone.

Needed a molar extracted. Dr Crofton and his team were amazing and so far my recovery has been better than I expected. I recommend him and the Orange City Team!

Wonderful ! I am a long time dental phobic, having had too many procedures when I was young, In 2018 I needed a difficult molar extraction of a broken tooth . I was petrified but it was executed swiftly and painlessly and he was a cheerleader all the way. He is Good. !!!!
