After 6 visits of getting shots in the feet, My wife went in and he asked "what are you in for today" like it was her first visit. Absolutely no relief, put let me keep injecting your feet. No thanks! Quite disappointing , lost time and money.
Always helpful!
He is so unprofessional. Waiting time is hours and he may reschedule you afterwards.
I went to visit Dr Moats to have a Planter Seed Foot Wort Removed from My toe and The only thing He did was use a Cue Tip with some kind of Medicine to treat the affected area which did Not Produce any Positive Results for My Toe. I tried to tell him that this Wort was deeper in My skin and I Kindly asked him if He would Administer Numbing Medication on My foot and Remove The Planter Seed Wort Himself and He only kept Saying to Me that He Knows what’s Best, and would Not Perform The Procedure that I was asking for which I have had done to My Toe before from another Podiatrist. I will Not be going back to visit Doctor Moats Anymore.
Thank you Dr. Moats for making my surgery as comfortable as possible. Great job! Home and doing well.🎈🎈🌹
I had to come in person multiple times to remind David Moats to send clinical notes to my insurance to get a simple mri preauthorized. I was originally supposed to get it done a month ago. I almost lost it when I called the imaging center to only find out that he didn’t send the right documentation and now I have to reschedule AGAIN… I’m sure he’s a great doctor, but he’s terrible at following up and communicating with his patients. Still waiting to finally get this done
Dr. Moats, is the best Foot Dr. He has a wonderful personality and attentive to his patients. Extremely nice man. Nice staff. I have never met a better Doctor.
Had an 0845 appointment, waited in the exam room for 50 minutes, no doctor, no communication, not a single thing was done for me. I had another doctor appointment so at 1 hour past my appointment time I left. I said something to the front desk staff, who were totally unresponsive, Later I received a bill for two services that were "done" for me, They weren't. Total fraud and unethical billing practices. I attempted to communicate this to the office manager and to our insurance company. Nothing was done to correct the billing. He may be a good doctor, however beware, they staff and office do not value your time, they do not value you as a patient and they will charge you for services and a doctor visit that you that no doctor came in.
Dr. Moats is caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
Very personable and trustworthy in regards to medical opinion and procedures. He is English-speaking but some of his staff, not so much. The doctor told his assistant to put cream on my feet after she was done working on my callus foot. As she walked out I yelled “hey” but she kept walking. So I just stay there and they probably wondering why I wasn’t coming out. I I informed her and she then did what she was asked to do. The doctor also told her to give me information about some exercises that he wanted me to do. I never received them upon check out. I hate to lower a rating for a doctor just due to their staff, so I didn’t.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
