Friday July 24 my husband went for Myelogram. The elderly blond lady who does the CT part was RUDE. I don't know her name. He felt suffocated, could not breathe on the flat bed and removed the mask, she rudely put it back on. He was feeling so sick , he didn't complete the CT. After rest, he back after one hour to try, She was RUDE again. That lady needs more patience. Everyone else was very kind .

I was in the emergency room at advent health hospital. A month later I get a letter from my insurance company refusing a payment for services that was performed Deborah Theoni because "it is considered experimental, investigational or unproven for the diagnosis" . This bring up so many questions.

Went to the emergency room. Received a bill for reading blood work that any lay person could read!H-equals high reading. L-equals low reading. DUH! This was a mechanical process and did not require a person to look over!
