Os medicamentos dela estão me ajudando muito e eu indico ela pra todas as pessoas que precisam de ajuda com a tiróide, hormônios, diabetes. Ela é um achado dos céus!

My PCP referred me to Dr. Taneja, who was highly recommended. During our initial visit, we had a smooth conversation with a resident shadowing her, discussing the necessary labs and treatment plans. Despite some patronizing remarks, I felt hopeful about our plan of care. However, there were some issues with prescription delivery and scheduling. For the follow-up appointment, I needed thyroid nodule scanning done, but during the procedure, Dr. Taneja failed to maintain privacy by not shutting the door. She also refused to review my lab results and medications, which forced me to consult the clinic manager for assistance. Unfortunately, my appointment was delayed by over two and a half hours due to scheduling errors. Throughout our interactions, Dr. Taneja seemed annoyed by my questions and lacked awareness about patient-centered care. The quality of her bedside manner was inconsistent between patients; she was polite to some but visibly agitated by my presence. During the thyroid biopsy appointment—with a family member present—I requested a work excuse due to severe throat pain. Dr. Taneja exhibited a confrontational and unprofessional demeanor when she abruptly entered the examination room and aggressively raised her voice at me for seeking a work excuse. She never greeted me or acknowledged my family member that was present. Her conduct during the biopsy process was confusing, heavy-handed and hasty; she administered lidocaine without allowing it to take any effect or using a topical anesthetic first. Dr. Taneja repeatedly dismissed my expressions of pain throughout the procedure and refused to review any previous lab results or medications with me after the biopsy took place. During the procedure of removing tissue from my neck, she persistently and rudely requested that I refrain from making any noises of pain. Subsequent visits were marked by disorganization and poor communication from both her and her staff. I experienced significant pain after the biopsy and received no instructions or follow-up care from Dr. Taneja or her team, which ultimately led me to seek urgent care treatment on my own accord. I waited for several weeks and didn't receive any feedback from the doctor, which I found to be unprofessional. To learn the results of my biopsy, I had to make a call since they weren't uploaded to the EHR platform, Patient Fusion. No appointment was scheduled for discussing the results as there was no staff available during checkout. After requesting my test results to be uploaded to the EHR platform, the doctor responded rudely. She insisted that I visit her office for the results instead of uploading them online. Despite my two previous visits not covering my labs or medications, she prescribed a medication that was contraindicated for me based on my medical history. I decided not to continue investing time and money in this disrespectful and unprofessional practitioner or be subjected to any further verbal abuse. She lacks any ability to communicate effectively, a proper bedside manners, decorum and civility, leaving me with no faith in her abilities as a physician. I reported her unprofessional behavior to my primary care physician (PCP) and advised caution when referring patients to this doctor. Even after all this, she never sent the results to my PCP, so I asked my PCP to obtain them directly from her. She required another copay for an office visit before she could provide my test results to the EHR. During our visits, she dismissed my concerns and told me in a vitriolic tone to see a specialist instead of resolving specific issues that were discussed with her during the initial visit, as an endocrinologist should. The first visit seemed professional only because there was an intern shadowing her at the time. I have decided never to see this inept doctor again in the future, due to her refusal to provide a proper standard of care.

Front desk ladies were the sweetest, kindest human beings! They really made my mother feel welcomed and comfortable when she came in for a biopsy on her thyroid nodes. The reason for the one star is for Dr. Taneja herself. My mother had been suffering some symptoms of a loss voice, enlarged thyroid nodes, and other throat related symptoms that were associated with her nodes. My mother asked if there was a way to get a doctor's note detailing the extent of her condition for the period of 1 week. Front desk staff agreed that it seemed prudent that she should rest given those extreme symptoms but that a note for that length of time required doctor approval. When Dr. Taneja finally came into the room, she did not even greet my mother (or me) before saying "About that note you wanted, I'm not giving you that." Since this was my first encounter with Dr. Taneja, imagine my displeasure at the way she handled the situation. Further, when approaching the biopsy itself she took zero care to consult her own notes on the LOCATION of the worrisome nodes. Then when tasked with numbing the area with lidocaine, she waited exactly 15 seconds before doing the biopsy anyway. Lidocaine takes anywhere between 30 and 60 minutes to take full effect. While my mother yelped in discomfort and squirmed, Taneja continued the procedure while yelling that she needs to "stay still or else [she'll] mess up." This was an absolutely terrifying thing to watch and she felt no sympathy and clearly had no care for her patient. This visit was in April and it is still fresh in my mind based on the fact that I nor my mother has EVER experienced such a lack of concern or care for patient comfort and safety. When she finished, she delivered ZERO care instructions and just walked out of the room with a "have a good day" thrown over her shoulder from the doorway. I cannot attest to other people's experience, and maybe she was having an incredibly awful day but taking that out on a patient is a clear example of negligence and it's truly upsetting. It is a doctor's responsibility to "Do no harm", and I don't believe that Dr. Taneja was committed to that oath that day.

If I could give Dr. Taneja 0 stars I would. I was a patient of hers for a year and she completely ruined my body. First, you’ll never get in at your appointment time, expect to wait at least 45 minutes. Her staff are very kind but that’s the only positive at this office. She’s very cold and doesn’t want to hear you talk about your symptoms. When her extremely over-the-top ‘treatment’ was doing my body more harm than good, she wouldn’t even let me explain how I’ve been feeling. Her only response was ‘that’s impossible because I fixed you.’ She can’t be bothered. She even tried diagnosing me with PCOS without a single test because of a bad side effect of her own treatment (I don’t have PCOS by the way), but that’s a sample of her deflection. My body is worse than it’s ever been. PLEASE go somewhere else. Please see a doctor who genuinely cares about your well-being. She won’t spend more than 5 minutes with you, and doesn’t want to hear anything negative that might be a result of her ‘care’. I’m still trying my best to undo the year of damage she caused me with other professionals who fully agree.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. My first visit with this provider was great. We had a plan, the proper labs were ordered, and everything went well. 3 weeks later was my follow up appointment. This provider had requested I send my previous endo medical records to her before my appointment. I called everyday, throughout the day; at various times and received no response to request an email to send my MR’s to. The day before my appointment, I get an email at approximately 6pm to attach my MR’s. I forwarded the whole email I received from my previous providers office and attended my appointment the next day. When I arrived at my appointment, I had to wait 30-45 minutes to have my sonogram done on my neck. The doctor put me in room 1 and said she will be back in a minute. Her PA then comes in the room and begins going over the details of my visit. The provider then walks into the room with some paperwork and begins to tell me that there is no question that I have thyroid cancer. Being that the mass was so big on the left side, the right side needed to come out. I was shocked as this is the first time I’ve heard this information. She then begins to tell me that the doctor that performed my surgery has documented my procedure entirely wrong by mixing up which side of my thyroid was removed. I informed her that this is the first time I’ve heard of this. She then aggressively passes me the paper like look! I then see a completely different patients information and tell her this is not me. While I still had this patients information in my hand, she then proceeded to ask me what my name was. When I told her both her and her PA said that will do it. There was little to no remorse for me receiving the incorrect information, misidentifying me, and allowing HIPAA of another patient to be broken. Instead, I was told that it’s best I see a psychotherapist to work on my anxiety; again after being told that I have thyroid cancer and that I had to take out the other half of my thyroid. I will never return to this provider. Whatever you guys do when you attend your visit. Please ensure you confirm name and DOB (like you do at any other doctors office) to avoid being confused with another patient.

Dr Deepa is really wonderful. Her and the ladies at her office (Caroline, Sammy, Serena) are all truly the most lovely, kind, compassionate, patient, non-judge mental people I’ve come across in the healthcare field. I’m sooo grateful I found them to help me through my health journey! Sweetest people on earth.

This doctor is rude, disrespectful, and condescending. Seems like it's too much trouble to go over my labs on the 2nd and 3rd visits. She has poor time management when having an appointment She definitely shows a differential in treatment towards her patients. I never had a doctor yell at me for requesting a note for work. She has a horrible bedside manner and clearly provides substandard care. I had to follow up to get my actual appointments, and progress notes and ask that they send over the Rx that was supposed to be given. I will be seeking a new compassionate Endo.

Very attentive to patient needs. Staff and doctor care attentive to patient needs. Love them.

Dr. Taneja and her staff are kind, knowledgeable and very attentive. I have received excellent care and support throughout my health journey.
