Dina Dahan's Online Review Report Card

She is stuck up and shows no empathy towards her pediatric patients. She barely even looks at the child. She sits on her computer typing while the patients are in front of her and just gives refferals. The nurse that works with her is great and goes above and beyond. I would give the other staff a 5 star. If your looking for an empathetic professional doctor, do not take your child to Dr Dahan.

DOCTOR ONLY SITS AND TYPES ON THE COMPUTER. DOES NOT TALK TO CHILD. DOES NOT LISTEN. DOES NOT CORRECTLY DIAGNOSED. PARENTS HAVE TO TELL HER THE DIAGNOSED. ONLY WRITES REFERRALS ASSUMING WHAT CHILD HAS. CANNOT PROPERLY FILL FORMS, BUT DEPENDS ON HER NURSE. DOES NOT TREAT YOUR CHILD BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT DO HER JOB. SHE IS ONLY THERE TO COLLECT A CHECK. SHE IS UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAD TO FIRE HER AND YOU SHOULD NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE.

I ALSO HAD TO TELL HER MY CHILD SUFFERS FROM FEEDING ISSUES DUE TO HER SENSORY PROCESSING DISORDER. HER ISSUES CANNOT BE TREATED BY FEEDING THERAPY BECAUSE I TRIED WHEN SHE WAS YOUNGER AND IT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. SHE NEVER TALKS TO MY CHILD. SHE ONLY WRITES REFERRALS ASSUMING WHAT CHILD HAS. DR DAHAN CANNOT PROPERLY FILL OUT FORMS FOR SCHOOL, BUT DEPENDS ON HER NURSE TO DO THAT. LAST YEAR SHE FAILED TO FILL OUT A FORM CAUSING MY CHILD TO LOOSE THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR. STILL TO THIS DATE, DR DAHAN FAILED TO CORRECTLY FILL OUT FORM, BUT ONLY RELIES ON HER REFERRALS TO PRETEND SHE IS DOING HER JOB! SHE DOES NOT DO TREATMENTS ON THE CHILD BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT DO HER JOB. SHE IS ONLY THERE TO COLLECT A CHECK. SHE IS UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAD TO FIRE HER AND YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE.

Dr. Dahan is a busy woman but she is fantastic. Office staff are great too, they have a lot of paperwork to process while also trying to answer phones. Be patient with them and they will be patient with you.

She is a wonderful Dr. She truly cares about my son. The staff out amazing!

Just sad to read those negative reviews about Dr. Dahan and her staff . We have our daughter visiting this office for over 7 years and all i can say is , that we are treated like family . Our daughter and everyone in this office have a great relationship , and the staff knows every patient by they name and that make you feel like family . They are extremely busy and i think everyone should understand that . Our daughter has a seizure history and with her help and her professionalism thanks god she is free of seizure for over 3 years . Thank you Dr Dahan and thank you all your staff , with you all our family has a smile back on our faces . P.s: We are a restaurant owners and we understand that sometimes you can’t make some people happy no matter what you do or how you do .

The frontdesk are RUDE! especially Francesca, She always cuts you off in the phone when you try to explain something and acts know it all! I despise this practice especially the Doctor, she comes in and all she does is type on her computer. She gave my son a medicine that gave him a Tic Disorder and everytime I ask her she will not answer me she will keep typing. She acts like she care to her patients but she is not! If you want to go to a doctor that you will wait forever and just keep typing and will not listen to your concern go to Dr.Dahan. FYI. we went to get second opinion and Yep the medication she prescribed gave him Tic Disorder! 🙁

Dr. Dahan is a great doctor. She takes care of her patients and I had a wonderful experience when she saw me at her Lakeunderhill office. The staff there was very nice and cooperative. She listened and provided the best care I needed. I highly recommend her!
